Manager is the worst ever. Very unprofessional. Needs anger management training. Other than my verbal abuse by manager, room was excellent. Very good sleeping experience. quite. Close to restaurants and shopping. No noise from road in front.

Stayed here, for one night only,(thank God),with friends. Room had a very musty smell in it,like someone forgot to flush the toilet. As for the so-called breakfast, the bread tasted like paper, and the waffles, same as well. Very poorly lit at night, very dangerous. Overall,a dump.

Everything worked, everything was clean, friendly staff. Luxurious? No, but that wasn't expected at this price. There are plenty of chain restaurants at all price levels just down the road. One caveat: After getting off I99/US220 southbound, my GPS app initially took me to a location several miles north of this motel, with nothing but homes, farms and an auto...

After being told we could have a late check out, the crazy housekeeping lady was pounding away at our door extremely early. DO NOT STAY HERE!!! It smells like mildew and there are HUGE STAINS all over the carpet, beds are horribly uncomfortable, all over one of the most disgusting places I've ever been!

Late at night, everything around State College was booked and the econo lodge was available and very affordable! We slept well. When we went for breakfast, it was what you would expect... But what shocked me was overhearing the desk clerk speak disparagingly about a family coming in for their complimentary toasted bagel. She was openly hostile toward them!!

A clean bed to sleep in, a working shower, and that was all we required. The fixtures are old and in need of replacement, especially in the bathroom/sink area, and a new coat of paint and some new carpeting would work wonders. But, the beds were clean, the shower and wifi and A/C worked, and the staff got us in...

This is an Older Hotel on Pleasant Valley, Altoona, Pa but clean and well kept. Staff was friendly and helpful. It was pouring down rain and we arrived late at night, tired and weary after driving 10 hrs. Most places were booked because of summer classes and things going on at the Penn State Campus. We were lucky to have...

OK first off Carroll is the mgr and she is loud and rude! The whole place is old and outdated. The parking lot is a bypass for the traffic light on busy Rt.220. The parking lot is not well lit. The doors to the rooms are marked and some have dents. The drunken man in the parking lot I found...
