This hotel is conveniently located. This is my second year ina row here and it is still in desperate need of a remodel. Every part is old and in need of repair. Carpets are worn, bathrooms have very substandard repairs and not well done. Don’t plan to stay here next year in our annual trip to Aiken
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a nice big room with a jacuzzi tub. The breakfast was good and the location seemed in a safe area. Price was reasonable. Room was clean. Stayed one night.
Lack of any security to prevent kids from roaming/playing tag in stairwell and halls the entire night (multiple nights) and signs of black mold in mini fridge as well as bathroom caulking. Shocking that Hilton name is attached to this hotel.
Very clean and comfortable place to stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I’m a diamond member and the hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast area was spotless and the food was fresh and hot. Highly recommend this place. It was also reasonably priced.
The hotel was clean and the staff were super friendly. There were plenty of dining options nearby as well as plenty of places to shop. Cute little town, close to Augusta where we were going to Masters.
Normally we choose Hampton/Hilton as our top choice, we were in town for a few days, after a college visit. The ceiling all around the shower has mold on it, the room smelled musty and the beds were not normal Hampton beds. I only stayed for one night because it was too late to cancel. I’ve since canceled my room for the second night and will be going to the Hilton Garden Inn for the next couple of nights. Choose another place if you are expecting the Normal Hampton/Hilton guarantee.
A used bar of soap left in my shower. I am still waiting for someone to removed it. I checked out two days ago. Save your money. This was a dump. I have stay at Hilton properties all the time. I rather sleep in my car
Hotel was average at best. Mattresses were uncomfortable, not inviting and needed to be replaced. First room heater did not work. Obtaining a new room was a hassle. Seemed to be no ownership of the issue by management. Vakue verses cost on the low end
Nice employees. Great location but hotel needs some upgrading. Been staying here for years and same bedding and pillows and towels. Time for new amenities. Some of the tiles were chipped with holes in the bathroom.
This was a Saturday night-Monday morning stay. The check-in experience was good. Sunday morning, I saw a carpet dryer in the hallway across from my room. When I returned early in the evening after my days activities, it was joined by a second dryer. When I asked what was going on, I was told that they would have to wait for the plumber. And, I was only then asked if I wanted a different room. Given the potential for trouble if I went diwn a level, I decided to err on the side of caution as age has robbed me of much of my senses of smell and hearing. It was only the next morning that I could sell the odor of a stagnant sewage backup. My room was otherwise OK. To the standard I expect with Hampton Inn. The peole were first rate, if perhaps deceptive on the reason for the carpet dryers. as they wouldn't give an explanation only saying "the plumber will be here Monday". The breakfasts here were good. Would I stay again? My bisiness in Aiken kept me two days longer than planned. I didb't come back to this hotel. That should say it all.…
