I had been to two other rooms in the area. This hotel went above and beyond. They have great customer service, awesome beds, the bathroom was the BEST part for me!!! I love the see through shower 🚿 🥰🫶🏾
Firstly, when you walk in the lobby it is very pleasant. The Assistant GM La’Quincia was very kind, pleasant, and helpful. Really good stay. Convenient to many restaurants and a main road in Aiken, Whiskey Road (highway 19). Awesome.
Clean room, and hotel, comfortable Bed, comfortable adjustable temperature, walk in shower with good water pressure, the drains and toilet worked. There were hangers and a frig. TV worked!! All was great!
There is absolutely nothing to complain about at this Hilton! No outside noises were heard from within my room, the bed was ultra comfy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Although their continental breakfast is no longer free, they offer a varied selection of food and drink. A good movie theater is located next to the parking lot, easily within walking distance. Parking areas are well lit and clean. All in all, a pleasant, enjoyable stay! Thank you, Hilton!
Some people have no idea of the location of the Hilton Garden Inn tucked in on East Gate Drive in Aiken. But an evening of comfort and quiet awaits its discovery. Relax and enjoy your time here. You will be glad that you did.
I never want visit this hotel again. When I took the complaint toilet is not working properly she shut me down was shouting I was yelling and she called her GM . I have to leave that place as I had no other accommodation to stay on that night. Hotel people do not care for customers.
We stayed in this pit on Feb 4th and 5th. From the moment we got there the TV cut in and out making it impossible to watch any shows. Excuses started with Gut coming next Tuesday, moving on to we have tv that doesn't work in bad weather and we can't control the weather. It's been 40 years since budget required me to stay in a motel 6. This place brought back memories.
The service at this location was exceptional, the staff is gracious and welcoming. The website states pandemic protocols in clear language. The location is just a few minutes from Aiken’s quaint, walkable downtown area, which boasts small businesses and local restaurants. As well, big box shopping and franchise dining is just outside the door.
This is the second night of a five night stay and we are not happy campers. We’re here at the suggestion of a work associate who is also here. If she weren’t, we would check out and go elsewhere. There are three issues. The bathroom houses the shower from hell. The door doesn’t seal and water leaks out on to the floor. The shower head is positioned for a NBA center so if you are short adjusting it is not easy. The sink drains very slowly and there was no hair dryer and they had a problem finding one. The TV - obviously satellite - is terrible with frequent losses of signal and pixilation. The breakfast is standard issue for hotels of this caliber and features horrible soggy potatoes that sat in a warning tray for way too long. Plus, unless you are premium Honors member, you have to pay for it. My suggestion is to do to either the nearby Hampton or the Holiday Inn Express which are at the same price point and have complimentary breakfasts.…
This is where I go when I’m in town by far one of the best in Aiken. The staff are friendly and professional, the environment is very clean and cozy . I will be a repeat customer thanks Nika your great!
