This place did the unthinkable, they rudely refused to accept payment in any form but a valid credit card. As we all know, debit cards now double as credit cards yet they would not accept it. They seem stressed, the tension was high and the front desk boy and the manager both became smug and downright rude when I insisted...

Had a workshop on Friday September 27, workshop was at Norris conference center. Hotel was very convenient even walking distance to workshop. Like all reviewers indicate, it's converted condo/hotel lodging. Room was a bit musty, but otherwise very clean. Faucet in bathroom leaked flooding countertop (room 1108), I was trying to save money, basically got what I paid for. Nice...

The fact that this hotel is also an apartment complex didn't bother us. The pool was nice & the rooms were big (again... Not bothered by the 80's motif.) the grounds were pretty & the staff were helpful. It seemed like a nice neighborhood. Breakfast was okay & they had fresh baked cookies at night. We 'd stay again!

Reserved a room with king bed for Saturday 8/10 - was given a room with two full beds which were very uncomfortable. The clerk said he couldn't do anything except take ten dollars off my bill, and that a manager wouldn't be available until Monday. On checkout, the ten dollars weren't deducted. Called the manager Monday who made excuses, offered...

Clean and tidy but a bit dated. Looked better in the pictures ! I thought we were closer to downtown but the roads are good and it doesn't take long to get into the city. Free breakfast and wi-fi. Server it's purpose but would look for something better if visiting again.

I was a bit apprehensive in booking this hotel since apartment conversions to hotels generally are not successful. However, this one was surprisingly good. Great location, very clean rooms, typical budget hotel furnishings. I asked for and got a room on the ground floor near the office. Overall I was very pleased and will be staying here again on my...

This hotel is NOT what it says it is! I booked this hotel because it had a 3* rating but when we arrived it was more like 1*. It was terrible!! The complex is made up of Condos with 3 blocks of "hotel" rooms. When we entered our room it was like stepping back in time about 20years everything was...

I travel to Austin frequently due to my work, and every time I stay at the Allandale Hotel. This previously an apartments property that has been turned into a hotel, so you can imagine that every room is an apartment. Very comfortable with its living room area w/TV, full kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, etc and the bedroom can be...

My trip was business/pleasure found this great little hotel by using Hotwire. When the results first came up I was skeptical. After arrival I found this to be a nice little home away from home located in a nice little neighborhood. The property is well maintained and the staff is awesome. Wireless Internet works well all thru property. Great outdoor...
