Excellent staff provides great service at a reasonable price. Rooms were clean & quiet. Breakfast items were plentiful & fresh. The requirement for a minimum of 200 characters for a review is annoying.

"Stayed" here during SXSW which basically means "stayed for only a few hours a day to sleep and shower". The room was clean, comfortable, and quite large. It was easy for to hear the neighbors through the adjoining door. This was most likely because they were extra loud and not because of the room. The place isn't accessible from the...

Everything was great. Staff and service excellent. Enjoyed a few meals at the Bistro. I was very disappointed to find out that the shuttle was not available to take me to Church on Sunday. Whenever I stayed at the Courtyard in Decatur - We had no problem getting shuttle to and from Mass.

Stayed here on quick overnight trip to Austin for SXSW event. Check in was easy thanks to Bernice who was extremely friendly and helpful. Room on third floor was excellent. Not one issue to be found and I always check whole room prior to settling in for the night. No problem with freeway noise which I was concerned about. Bed...

The Fairfield Inn is conveniently located with easy access to downtown and the university - and shopping if needed. The hotel could use an upgrade - but it is clean with everything in working order. Internet worked but kept trying to access the Courtyard system next door. Furniture was rather minimal in the room, but adequate. Staff were helpful. Free...

My wife and I spent one evening at this hotel during Engineers Week in Austin. It was very convenient to get to and from the AT&T executive conference center at the University of Texas at Austin. The hotel staff was very friendly and took care of us very well.
