I spent four nights here during a recent business trip visiting a local office. The location is convenient to shops and restaurants, with some better places such as Rudy's across the highway and down the road a bit. We're talking all of a 7 minute drive. The three things that matter most to me when traveling, especially on business, are...

Meghan, the front desk person with the smiling face that greeted us upon check in, was super helpful and pointed out all the places that were within walking distance. The room had a coffee maker, fridge AND microwave! Ice machine was located on the same floor. Room was spacious and clean and even had a sofa area. Great location to...

My wife had a meeting in Austin so we went up a night early. We ending up staying at this hotel due to time and location. The front staff was very courteous and quick. I was very surprised to find out that the room was $129 for the night. This is just for the room. If you want breakfast, then...

This Marriott is "you get what you expect", smooth check-in and check-out. Very helpfull staff, rooms are large. I had a room on the ninth floor with a bath, no separate shower. Windows could not be opened, airco worked okay. Beds and cushions perfect quality. Breakfast was good, also healthy choice. The breakfast area serves as a bar in the...

Do not let the low prices (as low as $30/night) for the long-term stay fool you into thinking this is a low quality establishment. I would have regretted staying elsewhere. The check-in process was flawless, quick, and courteous. Our needs were taken into consideration during every moment of our stay. The staff is friendly, professional, and always eager to help....

Stayed in Austin while visiting my son at Ft. Hood. We had a very nice stay, except for two things. The Pros: Clean, comfy, quiet rooms. Staff is friendly and efficient. Good location as it has easy access to the highway to get anywhere. The Cons: The elevator can be slow at times. The restaurant falls short. Hours are limited...

Thank you for your recent feedback and your decision to stay with us! I am glad that you had an overall good experience, but frustrated to hear about your issues with the coffee service. As a principle, we normally have our coffee available 24 hours a day even if the Restaurant is not open so I will be revisiting this...

Austin is beautiful and so much to see yes, but this is about the hotel. Very nice staff. Refreshing environment, fairly renovated lobby. Good view. Two issues: 1. We stayed here for ACL Fest - it's a 20-30 minute drive to downtown depending on traffic. And traffic in Austin can be horrendously slow! The room was a little dated.
