We will never stay here again and As a reviewer I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. The bathroom was dirty upon arrival. We were served "Starbucks" coffee by their staff that was filled with clumps of curdled milk. We realized it after taking a drink. Disgusting! We notified the front desk and they refunded us $2.50 for the coffee...

The front desk staff was very helpful with a number of requests. Her positive attitude made the trip, especially when one of our group was on crutches. Room was fine, bathroom felt a little awkward, especially with the big window.

One of the worse hotel designs we have seen in all our travels. We checked in, and our one bedroom suites' bedroom adjoined the elevator shaft, so all we could hear was the elevator going up and down. So I asked the front desk for another suite room, and was told all the suites adjoin the elevator shaft, it's "the...

We stayed at this hotel so we could be nearby for an early morning campus tour. Location was great but the bed was absolutely the worst! The mattress was like sleeping on concrete. There was a strange loud metallic double click sound coming from around the door all night- I have no idea what that was from. The positive was...

Wonderful room, very friendly staff, helped us find a late night place for a meal. Will definitely stay here again. Loved the bathroom, very big and the bed was amazing. Wish I had one at home. All staff that I encountered was friendly and very helpful.

Rooms are small, especially the bathrooms, where it's difficult to turn around. This is an older property, with slow elevators and low ceilings. It has been remodeled to be up to current Courtyard standards. The staff is great, the bar and snack food is good. For business, it's a good place to stay- not fancy, but adequate and inexpensive.

Staff here are always so friendly. Hotel convenient for restaurant's and close to downtown but not so close. Stayed here for the last month and happy to come back each week.. I travel here weekly for business and have tried a number of hotels and the main thing that brings me back is the friendly and helpful staff.

I had a very good stay. The hotel reps at the front desk, Tlesha, Bernice, Catelyn and Ommaney were helpful and spirited. They seem to really love their job. I look forward to my next stay here. The rooms were clean and the minor issues that I had with the room were taken care of very quickly.

A bit old interior but good beds, clean room and very friendly personnel. Breakfast good but needs to be ordered at a desk (no buffet). On my request I got a better room, the first nigth my room was too close to the elevator (I could hear it). Overall a good hotel for my 3 day stay in Austin (coming...

Echoing some of the previous reviews, I have to say the staff provided exceptional service. Several front office people that I interacted with were always willing to help and made sure that all our needs are taken care of. I can't say enough how pleased I was with the service. Definitely will stay here again and will recommend this place...
