Warning!!!!......The water temperature is scolding hot, dangerously hot. The outside is dirty with bird droppings, cigarettes and dead landscaping. Good Lord! Wash the windows. The interior has been updated and still a bit dirty. There just one complimentary coffee in the room. No free breakfast or bottle waters. It's unacceptable. I won't be back.

Thank you for giving us feedback about your stay and our deficiencies. We will review your comments to our staff and continue to work to improve our hotel and our guest perceptions. For future reference, the Courtyard brand does not offer free breakfast. We do offer cook to serve meals and Starbucks. More

Hopefully this hotel will be a real Courtyard when it grows up, but for now it is still the Ramada (or what ever it used to be) with the Courtyard logo plastered all over the place (hence the Foldgers coffee in a Starbucks cup analogy). To be fair, the staff is great and the level of 'service' is there, but... More

Not a standard issue Courtyard with different décor and feel. This was a Ramada and the furniture is funky by Marriott standards. Beds are very good and the bath was ample. Housekeeping solid. Location is ok but beware that access is on a one way service road and traffic can be heavy during rush hour. Several below average restaurants in... More

Thank you with your review. Our owners thought about the "Keep Austin Weird" motto when thinking about renovations of the hotel lobby. The rooms furniture is actually the new Courtyard package that are going into all new and renovated Courtyards. As for service and quality, we will continue to make every effort to get better day by day. More

It appears the hotel has been there a long time but they've made strides with updating it and making it look fresh. Their bar closes early and Starbucks is SLOW so if you need morning coffee wake up early! The room was clean, I would stay here I again

Had a great experience at this hotel. Hotel staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially Charles and Tony. Made our trip that much better! Only reason for 4 was issues was with our toilet.

I arrived around 3 in the morning ready to check in and get some sleep to be told that my room was given away around 10 that night. Shocked and upset I asked why. He proceeds to tell me that my card is insufficient. When I made the reservation I gave my credit card number to hold the room and... More

Marriot Courtyards are always reliable places to stay: clean, comfortable, well priced. So I dont know how this hole in the wall xould be in their chain. And dont give me any excuses about remodeling. The place is a wreck and sits in the middle of a gravel pit. Our room was next to the elevator, but felt like we... More

We visited this hotel over the Labor Day weekend, just to spend some time in Austin touring local attractions & sampling a variety of foods. This hotel is located on the north side of the city & easily accessed from the highway system. Very simple routes to downtown sites. The hotel is in the process of upgrading rooms, & the... More

My family and I came to Austin to visit my son and attend a UT football game. We got no sleep as there were so many little kid soccer teams staying there. I was in Austin for a brief time on business and elected to stay at this Courtyard. I don't have any major complaints. There was plenty of parking and the staff was nice.
