We were grateful to only be staying one night. The staff was great, but the hotel is so noisy we barely slept. The hotel is also somewhat difficult to find on map quest. Just know that the I - 35 access road has the unfortunate name North Interstate HWY 35. Not the hotel's fault, but made for a frustrating arrival.

The hotel was close to my conference. Hotel was not in very good condition. Restaurant selection was limited and food was expensive. Checkout and check in were good. Parking lot was dark and I was not comfortable parking my car.

Nice Lobby friendly staff. Hotel Lobby very nice. Nice menu selection at the Bistro for breakfast or Dinner. Free beer tasting on Wednesday's Serving Starbucks Coffee is a nice touch. Rooms are a nice size and well maintained.

I've been staying at this hotel for the last few years now, and am so impressed with the changes made since my first experience. The building has been completely renovated with a very classy design package and improved functionality (e.g. the bistro and dining area), and the staff seems to care very much about providing excellent customer service. I highly...

Hotel website says there's a shopping center "just across the street" well it's not walkable because it's on the other side of I35! I took uber there for $4 each way. Hotel room was clean and comfy. The staff was nice and seemed to enjoy their jobs.

Dear Longhornsgirl, Thank you very much for staying with us. I am sorry to see that you were not able to walk to the shopping center across the highway. They most recently upgraded the sidewalk that curves around the highway to the North of the building that leads you to the shopping center. We will definitely look at the verbiage...

Stayed here one night. Appears the property has been remodeled. My room was nice and updated. They were still working on the elevators when I was there. Parking is free, nice plus. My only complaint was that I signed up for a rate that included a gift card. I was told they were out but they would check and bring...

Our stay could have been much nicer if our room did not smell like a cigarette butt! We are not smokers so it really bothered us. I brought it up the next morning because i was so tired that night (just arrived Austin) and only staying 1 night. Of course all they can say is sorry because some people do...

So we are Marriott rewards members and when we walked into the courtyard Marriott downtown, they said I'm sorry why don't you try the Ramada. That was very rude and it rubbed me entirely the wrong way as several other people were behind me getting rooms. You never turn down a customer and act rude to the public. And at...

The best features are the cafe bar area, which was great for breakfast, and the pleasant service. The fitness room only has 3 machines so at busy times you cannot get on a treadmill easily. The rooms have everything you need but are going to need a refurb soon.
