I'm a proud member of the Spa at Four Seasons Austin and it's a core part of my week. Most notably, all of the people I interface with at the Spa and the hotel in general are among the nicest people I've ever met. Also the most professional and courteous. A perfect day at the Spa invariably ends with a...

The 4 Season is a brand that carries alot of expectations and I have never been let down. But what I have come to learn is that their winning success is not only that based on good quality but more importantly on good people. Where ever I go I know I can count on great service from the PEOPLE at...

Stayed here one night on a quick business trip to Austin. The location is great, right downtown, and walking distance to the 6th Street area. We sat in the backyard for a while and had a few drinks which was great for relaxing after traveling. You get treated great here as you would at any Four Seasons property. They have...

The Four Seasons has a fine massage facility. I understand it will be cut from nine to three rooms. This is a big mistake as it will severely limit access. Many of us hope this decision will be reversed.

Dear Col A, Thank you for your five star review of our spa. I am pleased you have enjoyed your services with us. You are correct that we plan to reduce the number of treatment rooms in our spa. Fortunately our experience has demonstrated that many of our existing treatment rooms are under utilized. We are confident these changes will...

Music greeted me from the lounge as i arrived on a Wednesday evening...a piano player and trumpeter...I am not sure how often they have live music midweek, but it was exactly what i needed after a long day. The lounge has a decent food menu if you want a snack or a meal. The rest of the stay: Arrival was...

Dear Jarett, Thank you for taking the time to share your review of our property. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed your evening in the Lobby Lounge. With Austin being the Live Music Capital of the World, we would be remiss not to host a live band every Wednesday through Saturday! We look forward to welcoming you back...

My 2 friends and I stayed at the Four Season's for a girls trip and were very excited since it was our first time staying there. We booked spa treatments for a massage and facial. This Four Seasons hotel is more like a typical Marriott or Westin. It was not particularly luxurious and its staff is not at the top of its game. My two meals (breakfast and lunch) at its restaurant were nothing special or inspired.

My wife and I visited the Trio Restaurant in the hotel and had a wonderful dinner.
