We live in Austin and wanted a weekend getaway and had "0" time to travel anywhere. This Hotel could not have been more perfect. Located near retro Soco...it's a secluded compound with beautiful landscaping and grounds. We stayed in a private cottage type bungalow with a secluded little backyard setting complete with an old record player and string lights outside....

We were here night one and two of our honeymoon. We were getting in VERY late and they found/called pizza to be delivered to our room and just put it on our bill (No annoying cc info over phone etc etc or just giving us the # to call), they had complimentary champagne for us and some snacks in the...

Private and romantic. You feel like you are Keith Richards in a private villa in the south of France. Record players in every room with a killer vinyl selection at the front desk. Lilly at the front desk upgraded us to Suite #5 when a pipe burst in the neighborhood and our poolside room wasn't getting water. They made up...

This hotel has beautiful spaces and a quaint location (that's also very central!). It's just of South Congress in a residential neighborhood, so it's a little difficult to just pass through unless you are a guest or a member of their club. It's also quiet--if you want somewhere to be noisy/party, probably better to choose something else.

The St Cecilia is a really special and fun hotel. I think of it as the kind of place Keith Richards would stay at if he was in Austin. Very cool, funky vibe, turntables in rooms and a vinyl library, great little swimming pool, hip staff who bend over backwards to help, lovely clean rooms, great food, cool neighbourhood, just...

This was my 3rd stay and I'm confident, having stayed in some amazing hotels all over the world, that The Hotel Saint Cecelia could be one of the coolest, best run hotels in the world. Room... Suite one is off the charts. Bamboo outdoor shower, claw foot tub, private front porch, possibly the most comfortable bed on earth. Pool.... Heated,...

My wife and I stayed here for her birthday a few weeks ago and were blown away! Very private hotel. We would live here if we had the chance. We are younger and are always out late which was no problem because we could slip in and out of the hotel with ease through the private gated parking area. I...

Ok I have found out the one downside of this hotel - I love it so much that I don't go off the property enough to explore Austin! However there is always an excuse to come back as I still have not seen enough of Austin. We were in Suites 2 and 3 which were fantastic. Big bathtub in Suite...

Everything at the hotel was wonderful, from the room and linens, to breakfast, to the staff! The room was quite large (and I wasn't in any of the suites or anything) and filled with amazing vintage pieces. We used the complementary bikes, as well, which were great.

Hotel Saint Cecilia is one of the coolest places to stay in Austin. It's cool in a very classic-with-a-twist kind of way - nothing too faddish or shortsightedly trendy. The rooms feel very much like a Palm Springs ranch house, but still undeniably Austin. Only other thing I'll add: You're gonna love the fragrances of their toiletries.
