We traveled to Travassa with our adult children and spouses. There was something for everyone - golf, spa, pool, classes and hikes. The food was excellent and the setting stunning and serene. We would love to go back!

We stayed on a weekend for our Anniversary. It rained the first half of the first day, but there were still activities to do. We had massages in the spa, cooking classes, and other activities by the farm/barn. Everyone was so nice and helpful! We were able to check in early (before our room was ready) at about 9am, and...

I'm from Texas so it's not the rustic vibe at Travaasa that wasn't a fit for me. For $500 a night, I expect 1) walls that aren't thin enough to make your upstairs neighbor sound like an elephant at 1:00am 2) housekeepers who remove the trash from your room when they visit you. The bugs in the room are understandable....

We had a fantastic stay at Travaasa Austin. It's an experiental retreat so there was much to do from archery to meditation and yoga a beautiful spa and vanishing edge pool. It wasn't your typical resort style it was more of a wellness retreat with cabins or cottages. Unfortunately, they will close their doirs on September 1st because they have...

Dear Kim C, Thank you for the review, and I am so glad you had a fantastic time. You are correct, we are closing on September 1st and are expecting to reopen in April 2018 as a newly redesigned property with plans to transition to a Miraval resort late 2018 or very early 2019. When we reopen in April 2018...
