We arrived late and decided to leave immediately. One room was invested with roaches and the other one had broken down air-conditioning. We were jetlagged andhad to drive an hour to Killeen to sleep. People at hotel were friendly and we did get one room reimbursed. Unfortunately not for second room. I have never experienced such a hotel in the...

Stay, far, far away from this place. The outside looks nice, but things go downhill fast as soon as you go inside. Ice machine is "temporarily" out of order, but I suspect it will never be fixed, soap dispenser in laundry room is empty, lots of stained carpet, nicked edges, our bathroom had wet wash clothes on the shower rod...

Me and the family took a trip down the Busch Gardens and needed a hotel to stay at. The Economy Inn in Newport News, Virginia was close to the park. Within 20 minutes of being in the room, the kids went to get into the bed and noticed dried blood on one of the pillows and pillowcase. We checked the...

I made a reservation one month before my trip, requesting a handicapped room or at least a room which was on the first floor. I was told a h/c room could not be guaranteed, but that a first floor room should be pretty easy to obtain. I was to call back 3 days before my trip to confirm. When I...

The maintenance man steals!! Do not leave any thing of value in your room. They stalk and watch your every move. They rush you out when it's time to leave!! Never again worst Intown I've ever stayed at. Manager was nice though and helpful at first however. Courtesy officer literally rushed me out of my room two hours before check...

In town suites should hardly be regarded as anything entitled suites. They do offer weekly rates which are rather pricey considering the conditions of the property and management. The management is only here for a couple hours a day. Once the management has left the property. There is a number listed for a person that lives on site to assist...
