Jacuzzi was nice to have...except there was mold. I had a king suite. The shutters and blinds are HORRIBLE for security.

Staying here for a large sporting event taking place in Austin. A nice hotel, nothing amazing. The food and bar are ok, the pool and spa nice. Staff helpful and friendly. Location suited us, but if you wanted to spend heaps of time downtown it's a drive in. Rooms nice and clean.

Ugh it's almost 3AM and I can't sleep because I feel like I'm sleeping next to the freeway... which I pretty much am. It's so very loud on the 5th floor at the end of the hall. I thought my window was open, but sadly it's not. The staff at check-in was great. But contrary to what I was told,...

Dear Stephanie B, Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent stay in Austin. I would like to sincerely apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your stay. First let me say the staff was friendly and eager to please. I found the decor charming. So these are the positive points. I was disappointed to say the least when I saw mold it the grout of the tub. It didn't stop there. I pulled back the bath mat and there was black mold in all over the floor...

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention. Our anti-slip mats are adhered tightly to the tubs, so it is not something that we have had an issue with under the mat.. We checked the room in which you stayed and verified that the anti-slip mat is tight to the ceramic, we did not see any mildew or mold...

While Wyndham has done their best to put a fresh face on an old facility, guests should know that the basic location and infrastructure of the building is still there. Located right along constantly busy I-35, this means traffic noise through even double-glazed windows. Initially, we were given an "upgrade" to a "suite" on the portion of the hotel closest...

The suites are great for some and not the ideal accommodation for others. I am glad to hear we relocated you to a room better suited to you. I will pass along your comments to the Chef and Restaurant crew and appreciate your giving them a try. I hope you will join us again and ask for the 5th floor...

I have stayed in both the regular rooms, and the suites around the pool. I personally thought the regular rooms feel cramped and small. The ceiling are low and it feels dated. The suites are not new by any means, but they are big with a little kitchen area. There is a living space with a second TV also. We...

The Wyndham was centrally located for my business trip. It offered great access to restaurants and nightlife.
