Stayed for 4 nights while attending a conference in which every hotel in the downtown Austin area and beyond was sold out. The room was older, but ok. For some reason I was upgraded to a Club room which was great for the breakfast and evening snacks. You have to pay extra for beer & wine though, unlike Embassy Suites.... More

We had a room with a king bed. The room was smallish, but not bad. The bed and pillows were reasonably comfortable. The air conditioning worked well. There was a coffee maker and coffee. All the workers were friendly and accommodating. This is a very expensive hotel, but the rooms have a cheap feel. Only one side of our bed... More

Checked in here, last minute using Booking.com and was really pleased with the stay. Special shout out to Ken at the front desk who got 6 of us sorted quickly at 10pm, after we all had a very long day of work. I stayed in 1620. Lovely room. Nice view. Bed linens were excellent. King size bed. Bathroom layout very... More

The hotel is right next to I-35. The room was clean. My only complaint is that we requested an additional hour to check out, and was told it was not possible. We left on a Sunday and didn't even see a maid in sight as we were leaving. Not very accomadating!

Every year when I need to go to UT Austin for an overnight trip, I stay here. This may sound strange - there's a very pleasant scent in the hotel, noticed it here than any other Sheraton. The staff is nice and the room is comfortable. Easy walk to some nearby restaurants and music venues. No complaints.

Make a room at the last minute on way to San Antonio. Very nice hotel with a good location. Staff were pleasant and very accommodating. Room was nice as expected and nice bar with tasty appetizers. Would stay again.

We booked a weekend at this hotel and prepaid using airmiles points (we prepaid the taxes as well) for our twentieth wedding anniversary. The room was nice and we enjoyed our stay. When we left, they charged almost eight hundred dollars to my credit card! We were on a driving trip north and was such a hassle trying to contact... More

I stayed at this location both weekend for ACL and I have nothing but good things to say. From the valet staff still smiling when I drove up at 1 am to a front desk agent Xavier remember my name both weekends and have plenty of recommendations for what to do on the city besides ACL. I have never met... More

I was on a business trip. The staff were wonderful but the rooms are old and tired. Had all sorts of problems with the internet. Door wouldn't close well. Sheraton is now Marriott I think so I'm sure it will get an upgrade. 100% of the staff were wonderful. Great location.

We got a good rate of under $200 a night (this was quite competitive for Austin the weekend we were staying) for this hotel and so were happy with the quality. We checked in behind a big group of bros who had beer coolers in tow, and we saw another group of bros with coolers come in shortly after. So... More
