My husband and myself have stayed numerous times at the Inn. The owners could not be more accommodating. The morning breakfast, afternoon snack and dinner were exceptional, we never eat anywhere's else, even when we are visiting Arlington for the day we book reservations for dinner. Our room was comfortable and clean, surrounding grounds nicely groomed with beautiful gardens. When... More

We stayed one night ( thank heavens)! Rhonda's room may not have shown the full potential of this historic building. The room was musty and damp smelling, the lady owner didn't bat an eyelid when I had to ask for a scented candle to get rid of the smell. Room was nicely decorated and clean. The front step was a... Spent a night with my sister in a large room with two double beds. We were very comfortable, with the only problem being a noisy air conditioner. The beds were fine, the room clean, and the breakfast the next day was exceptional. I'll definitely go back.

We were thoroughly impressed with the Arlington Inn. It`s a beautiful place, relaxing and comfortable with lots of attention to detail.. The gardens were gorgeous with so much to explore. Lucinda`s Suite was spacious and charming. The breaskfasts and dinners were consistently delicious. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. We look forward to returning soon.

We booked online, (Rhoda's room) the day before arrival. Online, the place looked very nice. Upon arrival, the front desk lady showed us to our room and the problems began. We had to walk thru the wet grass (NO Sidewalk) to the room, and then step up onto a small piece of granite instead of a stair to get in... More

Inn needs lots of outdoor work, the room we had was dark and depressing, wallpaper falling down in the bathroom, holes in the bed sheets and stained pillows, I had itchy eyes all night long, had to be from pillows and the mattress had a hump in the middle, didn't make fror a wonderful evening, we checked out after one... This is our second time we stayed at the Arlington Inn in Vermont. The food is excellent; service is first class. Elizabeth and Erik are gracious hosts and are available 24/7. We found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and with extremely comfortable beds. The staff, including Marley the labrador retriever, and Penny, the 'house chick' are all very accommodating;... More

Arlington Inn looks nothing like the pictures. It is in dire need of a major facelift. Dirty, run down and certainly not welcoming and homey..There are no signs telling you where to park or enter. Not easy to ambulate with broken bricks, patio stones, no rails. Everything looks like it needs to be painted or washed. Inside was worse. Get... More

Check in was a breeze. Eric was so welcoming and helpful. We booked the Victoria's Garden room, which is in the carriage house in back of the inn. It had a double-faced gas fireplace so you could enjoy it from the jacuzzi for 2 and the bedroom. Really made the whole stay so much more cozy! King bed was very... More
