What a disappointment. I booked a week on the Concierge floor. We checked in around 10 PM after a delayed flight - exhausted. The revolving door was blocked off and the handicap button at the entrance didn't work. We banged on the door trying to get the bellman or desk clerk's attention. When we couldn't we began dragging our bags...

Lobby is nice. Staff very friendly. Bellman, super helpful! They placed us in the Arlington Tower, the oldest of the 4 towers, in a room overlooking and right on a main freeway. The noise thru the window was surprising, at all hours of the night. Heater was so loud it woke us during the night. Location can't be beat, super...

We stayed here for three nights after having to make an impromptu trip to DC and vicinity. We were surprised to find rooms at the last minute, and that too, at an off-peak extremely reasonable rate. Even more satisfying was the fact that Breakfast and Parking were included in this rate. How can anyone go wrong at this price point?...

I go to Arlington on business pretty frequently and generally stay at the Hyatt, but decided to give this one a try, as it was a touch closer to the office. Definitely not the most stellar Marriott I stayed at - small rooms, kind of a motel room feel, and the biggest shocker: the bathroom of my room had black...

Thanks for helping me open my luggage when I left the padlock key. I liked the very friendly staff, and the breakfast was great but it was the same menu everyday. The rooms were okay, not that spacious- just right!

We've stayed here at least 20days per year for the last 10 years. This morning breakfast took 1 HOUR to receive a Belgian waffle and an American breakfast. The American breakfast came out first and the eggs had obviously been sitting out for a long period of time. Received the waffle 20min later and it was so hard it could...

This was one of our last stops on a 7 week road trip. We arrived on election night and stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is a $7-10 uber to all of the attraction in DC. On a nice day you can take a pleasant walk to Georgetown. The top of the hotel offers gorgeous views of DC. I give...

We were in town for a birthday celebration and needed a room on the birthday night near Georgetown. When we called and made the reservation we were not told there was a check-in time. We are quite accustom to long travel days and checking in at night so we wanted to believe this Marriott would honor our reservation no matter...

I generally expect more from a fully branded Marriott, but the Key Bridge Marriott is only average. It is rated 3.5 stars, but its more like a 3.0 minus. For starters, lunch and dinner are only served in Connexion, which is basically a sports bar with sports bar food. I ordered the blackened salmon which was dry, tough, and a...

We stayed here over Thanksgiving holiday and found it to be a bargain compared to nearby hotels. Property is close to monuments and has views of same or river and Georgetown. It's a little dated but nothing that would keep us from coming back. Staff was very helpful and professional, especially Kesha at the front desk.
