This is a rather strange idea for a small hotel which seemed more kitsch than anything else to us. The best thing about the place was the views, the hotel being on a hill well above Samaipata, but this also meant that if you did not have a car you would be well and truly stuck. With the restaurant closed...

last weekend we went to El Pueblito and found out that there is a new administrationn which is definitely a big chance to the worse. Prices have gone up, opening the door we were welcomed by insects dead and alive and next morning we woke up by loud music and drunk and loud people already very early in the morning,...

I spent my birthday in samaipata. It could not have been a more amazing expirience! The customer service was amazing! Sandra and William do a great job greeting and making others feel welcome. It's so cozy and private with a breath taking view no matter where you turn! Definitely recommend it!

We stayed at El Pueblito last week at the end of our mission trip to Bolivia. We had 24 people stay here and the only thing that surpassed the beauty of the resort was the beauty of the people. Giovanni and Sandra were such great hosts....absolutely the friendliest owners of any hotel I have experienced. There is so much to...

We actually did not stayed at this hotel, we just went for dinner. Definitely, the next time we visit Samaipata we will stay at The Pueblito. It is just an amazing place; unfortunately dinner was not what we expected. The menu is very limited. We got there around 7:00 pm and we were told that they close at 8:00 pm....

Being a high quality tour-company, we are very critical towards hotels and restaurants. El pueblito resort is one of those places where we ourselves can relax because everything is arranged up until the tiniest detail. The staff is friendly and helpful. The owners are personally involved in the daily running's of the place. The hotel is set up as a...

El Pueblito is perched high on a hill overlooking Samaipata. The idea of the establishment is that you are entering a village complete with a Church, library and etc. The village is rounded out by a swimming pool, birds including colourful but at times slightly menacing turkeys, an intelligent and gentle Labrador named Duke, and very helpful owners and staff....

Wow, what a gorgeous jewel in the heart of Bolivia. The rooms hand painted, beds with super quality bedding, awesome pillows and gas hot water! The food delicious, and sitting with a beer looking out to that view, couldn't have had a better experience. A definite must if you are in Samaipata.
