This Pousada is simply gorgeous! The decor, staff and food is top notch and we would highly recommend it. We happened to be the only guests on our one night stay and we were upgraded to the best room. The staff simply could not do enough for us, this wasn't because we were the only guests, they truely were very...

We stayed in the top room (nr 9), which was fabulously charming with a balcony to die for with a great view and hammocks. We spent every morning watching the sun rise from the hammock. I wholeheartedly recommend to stay here. The staff is very helpful and come around asking if there is something they can help with, recommend restaurants...

With our daughter and son and daughter-in-law we stayed four nights in Pousada Das Flores in rooms 3,6 and 9 and were completely charmed by the authenticity, the arts and crafts and the colours of the hotel. The interior decoration made us sense the culture of Salvador and Bahia, and all of us aged 27-65 loved the place. Our son...

Stayed three nights at the Pousada das Flores. Hotel has lots of character and is in an old restored building in Santo Antonio, about a 10 minute walk from the Pelourinho. There seem to be many little upscale pousadas on the same street. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful and breakfast included many different brazilian pastries, bread, eggs and...

Please note that the poussada has been built 17 years ago so what you think is a closet while looking at the pictures is in fact your bath room. Even in the delux number 3, every thing now is old and not so charming as presented in the pictures. Not really good quality/price when you compare with others poussada next...

This pousada is heaven. It dates back to the 1700s and has been beautifully preserved. The staff are extremely friendly and willing to help. We stayed for 5 nights and were upgraded for free. The room with the balcony is a wonderful oasis from some of the sketchiness of Salvador.

Booked this pousada online for carnival, paying much higher rates because of this, which was fine. Upon arriving, the maid asked the receptionist in portuguese if she should get this room ready and the guy at the front desk said no, and he said give them 5. She double checked kind of surprised and he confirmed. As soon as they...
