Jericoacoara is a wonderful, car-free vacation village for beach baking, surfing, swimming, wind and kite surfing and buggy trips. It has mutiple hotels both on the beach or a short block or two into the town. My preference for My Blue is based on its location on the beach close to the windsurfing area and its lap pool. I did not rate the last star because the restaurant (other than breakfast) is not on par with the average value of those available and my favorite pool needs maintenance. The rooms are clean, bathrooms are nice, grounds are pretty, staff is attentive and a nice breakfast buffet is included. There are two pools: one "family pool" - kidney shaped with a gradual beach entry and a rectangular 5 foot deep pool that is excellent for laps. Jeri is a very popular resort in the north of Ceara. I have stayed there many times and this was by far the poorest hotel I have stayed in. Rooms poorly furnished, decor in need of a serious upgrade, breakfast high on quantity but very low on quality. I will return to Jeri but not to this Pousada

Usually hotels are made for resting. This hotel has extremely loud music from 4pm to late at night. You feel like you re in a night club. The beach access is blocked, and the hotel staff doesnt care at all. People woke us up in the middle of the night by having sex against our room window. Save yourself, if you wanna sleep and actually enjoy your stay simply do no go there. They dont care about there service or their customers.

It’s a big hotel compared to the little fish island. But for $150 nearly 600 reais it was definir overpriced. Bed sheets and room could would a great update. But it’s super well located and it’s got an amazing breakfast right on the beach.

The hotel is right in front of the beach and near the center of the village, you can find nice shops to buy bikinis, havaianas, bistrôs, a lot of restaurants, a pharmacy really close and much more. The hotel has service in many languages, the staff is very kind, they offer massages at the spa and also offer guided tours as you wish. The room is simple, less than we expected and the WiFi connection is very poor, is a nice place to relax, great view, great breakfast, but with a lot of flies unfortunately bothering.
