From arrival to departure this B&B was the best total experience! We arrived late due to inclement weather but the host, I'm embarrassed to say that I don't remember her name, was prepared & very welcoming. She had fresh cookies made, a wide variety of beverages ready (including wine), & the fireplace was warming our room. We were given a...

My husband and I recently had the opportunity to visit Appleton, Wisconsin for a concert. We spent two lovely nights at The Roost Bed and Breakfast. We were warmly greeted at the door and welcomed into a lovely decorated home. The smell of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies was enticing! To further enhance our senses, we were offered a glass...

The Roost is a Bed and Breakfast in a very nice neighbor hood in Appleton. The property is a large house with an assortment of bedrooms with most comfortable beds and gas fireplaces in all that we saw. Breakfast was hand made and served by the owner. We chose to eat in the dining room but could have been served...

What a fabulous gem that you would never expect to find. A beautiful home that makes you feel at home. Very clean and an excellent hostess. Fresh baked warm cookies at check in and warm cookies to take with when we left. Breakfast was home cooked and delicious served in front of the fire place. This was a great romantic...

Why stay anywhere else, when you can feel right at home in this charming bed and breakfast. It's the little details that mean so much. Fresh baked cookies, wine delivered to your room, and a scrumptious breakfast each morning. De Ann, the owner is a gem. She will make sure you are taken care of and that you feel right...

We were in Appleton to see a show at the Performing Art Center for my birthday. The concert and the stay at The Roost were a surprise from my husband. :) We had never stayed at a Bed and Breakfast before and we loved it! The Roost is beautiful and we felt very good staying there. We were warmly welcomed,...

We were in town for a wedding, and to visit the area. The Sage Room was beautiful, and the fresh cookies a perfect start! Sleep quality was great, but got outdone by the breakfast, and the warmth and care of the owner. We will be back!!

We came to celebrate our anniversary. The place is beautiful. From the moment you arrive you are taken care of. We stayed in the hunt suite and the crimson French themed room is warm and welcoming. De Ann is a gracious and kind host. She is very attentive to your needs. If you are looking for an oasis from life...

The Roost is a wonderful B&B. The home is gorgeous and the service is impeccable. The breakfast was prepared with care and was very tasty. The owner accommodated our dietary restrictions. Had a great experience seeing a Packers night game at Lambeau. Would return in a heartbeat! We stayed in the Bella Suite and highly recommend that room. Other rooms...

This B&B is by far the best! The house is beautiful inside and out. The room we stayed in, the Garden Room, is a newer addition to the room choices at The Roost. It features double beds and your own private entrance from the garden. The room is so cozy; I slept better there than I do at home! The...
