Parking spaces are tight and cannot accommodate the entire hotel capacity. The room is simple but complete. TV, stocked minibar, good mattress and option of air conditioning or fan (you need to choose when booking! Air is more expensive). Normal bathroom, with shower and selection of hot and cold water!
It has a small leisure area and a small swimming pool on the highest floor.

Cleaning is not also at best level.
Windows really noisy.
I was in a newly renovated room and I was really impressed with the room. The room have a very quiet air conditioner with remote. I also have a nice 32' LED TV in the room with digital cable.. Like in all the hotels I stayed in Brazil there are very few English channels but the digital Cable service offer more options because you can change the language on some channels.
The Hotel does not have an elevator yet but they will install one as part of the new wing that is under construction.
The hotel is within walking distance of many basic restaurants and downtown yet in a quiet street.
Breakfast was basic but exceeded my expectations for the very low price.
Forcing the customer to look for the key!!! Arrogantly, the hotel is good but the service
Leave something to be desired, I won't be returning because my money is worth the same as other customers!!!

"Ask for low floor due to lack of elevator.. Avoid rooms close to the current renovations"Read full review
