This hotel is just right for the Foz de Iguaçu traveller. Cost is reasonable, room and amenities were very clean and well cared for. Staff was attentive and had helpful recommendations for making most of the sights. Definitely would stay there again.
Smart, clean, comfortable room with ensuite. Unfortunately no window with view, other than walled drainage area and no facilities for tea/coffee making. Friendly, efficient staff. Good breakfast. Excellent roof-top bar and pool. Free wifi.
We were booked in here by G adventures. We had an issue with the room we were assigned but we were quickly moved and had no other problems after that. The breakfast was very good - better than in other hotels we stayed in. We enjoyed visiting the pool bar and the female bartender was so nice and fun - even though she didn't speak English very well. She remembered our favourite drink and was always smiling and singing. We both thought the bed was way too firm - but we slept well each night. I don't know why our driver and the hotel offered the "discount" to the Buffalo Churrascuria restaurant nearby. We definitely preferred Churrascuria Do Gaucho instead.
I stayed here as part of a tour and the hotel has a cool rooftop area with a pool, bar, and games room. They have laundry services, decent Wifi, and good breakfast options. The rooms and location are also good.
I stayed here for three nights after a business trip to Rio and São Paulo. I was given initially an inside room but when I asked for one with an outside window as quickly given one. The room was clean but small. For two people with handbagage only it is okay but not if both have suitcases. There was a small table and two chairs but this does not offer space to relax at night. The WiFi worked well even for parts of the terrace. The location is good. It is near the busstation from which busses depart to the falls and Argentina. There are numerous places to eat nearby. A breakfast buffet is included in the price. It is not like those of business hotels I’ve stayed in e.g. does not have natural yoghurt or nice cereals and far too many cakes for my continental European liking but there was a lot of choice and good coffee. Front desk staff spoke English and were very friendly. Note that there are no cAsh machines nearby - the nearest is in super muffato and this one didn’t seem to like foreign cards. …
Stayed here for a couple of nights found the rooms smallish but clean and comfortable and everything seemed to work. Staff seemed pretty friendly and helpful. They have a rooftop pool and bar which was nice to visit and some great views but the pool looked pretty dodgy as was very murky, also limited tables and chairs, big downside is this was the only hotel bar and closes at 10pm so we had to have our nightcaps elsewhere. Breakfast was a great selection of hot and cold with fresh juices and coffee.
Stayed in standard room which was really small. Not really sure why but they put us in a room that had a double bed and a single bed, so the only real floor space was taken up by the bed. The room is pretty small but as you are only really there to sleep it wasn't a big problem. There was also a small table and chair at the end of the bed that you had to navigate around but I guess it gave you somewhere else to sit besides the double bed and the single bed, which we ended up putting our suitcases on as there was no floor space. The hot water in the shower took a good 5 minutes to heat up so we played tag team, so when one got out the other got in. If you're sensitive to light the light on the air con lights up the whole room so you might need an eye mask to block it our so you can sleep. In addition there was a small child crying on the first night and it was so loud I thought they were in the room directly above us, another member of our party also made the same comment and they were on the floor below us so not sure how good the sound proofing is. Other than the room itself I liked the hotel, excellent pool on the roof with great views of the city, their commitment to sustainability, lights are only turned on by sensors and they have a water filtration so you can fill up your water bottles. Breakfast was the best we had on our trip, it was large and the variety was excellent. As we were there in September which is not summer, there was no option to eat on site, and if you wanted a drink or a snack you were reliant on the offerings from a drink machine. If you've been travelling all day, might be a negative. There is a large supermarket a couple of blocks away, staff can give you directions on how to get there. I didn't feel as if I was in the middle of a city more like suburbia.…
Good location to explore the city. Garage is in front of it on the other side of the street. Our room maid Tatiana was very helpful and paid attention to details in order to make us confortable. Would recomed it to frinds and family without regret.
My wife and I were there in March for three nights and they couldn't have been more friendly or accommodating. They helped arrange tours and transport and nothing was too much trouble for them to help us. They even arranged a helicopter ride over the falls with no notice and for half the cost we were looking at if pre booking. They spoke perfect English which was also very helpful as we don't speak Portuguese or Spanish. Buffet breakfast was also very impressive. The small zoo literally 2 minutes walk from there also has a jaguar which was impressive. We are looking at returning to Iguacu Falls in 2021 and will stay here again.
Centrally located in the small town. The small zoo is 2 min walk away. Supermarket 5 min walk and a many local restaurants and charcusserias next door. Nice but small pool with bar on roof. Large and busy breakfast buffet. Good wifi. Standard but clean room. Very friendly and helpful staff. Local tour agency in reception and even an ATM and a chapel on same floor.
