The pictures of the rooms that shown in booking.com and internet are not same, the room are very basic and are not very clean, the only thing we liked was the buffet breakfast and the pool, not well recommended this hotel for more that 2 nights.
This hotel is in a very bad condition. The hotel need a total renovation. It's a one star hotell. Only cold water, it's was dirty, the curtains was old and ripped. I 'm so glad i only har to stay there one night
The room was very big and with a nice shower. The location was between the city and the airport, but it had great bus connections. In the lobby you can find two different tourist information disks, one English speaking the other Spanish. The building and garden is old and there are a few cracks in the ceiling. It has definitely seen better days. The Wifi was good at times and the breakfast was an OK buffet.
I'm not really picky, but this property is super worn down, old, broken and dirty. Stuff don't speak English at all. Electrical outputs were broken, there were open electrical wires in the showers (risk of electrical shock), room smelled horribly, you can hear everything and there were a lot really loud and weird noises, furniture is mixed of old, broken and not matching at all, there was a mold everywhere in the bathroom, etc. When we asked for the different room, they offered us room which looked exactly same. We run away. Looks much worst than on the pictures on booking sites. Of course that Wi-Fi didn't work in the room.
Considering it is a 3 star hotel and that you know what you should find for that assignment, the hotel meets all. For us in general terms, are 3 things that make an excellent stay, and are cleaning general room and bathroom, the bathroom is nice (one gets tired of the excursions), the pool is big, clean and awesome, the park around it too (we could take argentinian mates, go for a walk...and staff never bothered us) and the food is excellent! Actually the hotel provides excellent service. Keeps everything very clean and dinners and breakfasts are plentiful and varied. Very rich dessert of coconut mouse! The rooms had tv, amazing views of the park, bridges and air conditioners. All functioning very well. We didn't have any problem. The room phone only didn't work very well...they could update them. Beyond all this, the guest services provided by the staff is excellent. We had a personal problem and the hotel staff gave us a lot of support and help to solve it. They are sincere, polite supportive and very helpful. They provide an excellent 3-star service. Finally, I would like to say a disadvantage and that is that the location of the hotel is in the middle of the route. Even though you have a bus stop in front of the hotel...you are far away of averything. If you like to buy a gift or buy some food or go out for a dinner, you are too far away of any kind of city. You will have everything you need in the hotel, but what if you would like to go out? you are far away...…
Poor is too strong a negative rating because the friendly staff offset the negative points alot. Our first room 2010 had a terrible odor from the bathroom plumbing which became progressively worse until the morning after our arrival, at which point we had to vacate because it was so terrible that we all (family of 4), were dry heaving whenever we had to pass by the bathroom door. We were then put into room 2016 which was far better and a tad bit upgraded though not much. The very first shower I had was warm but every shower after that was cold so our 6 year old didn't shower for our whole stay - just went in the pool alot which was spacious and had nice surroundings. Our 12 year old daughter suffered through the cold showers 'cuz she's at an age where she's conscious of her hair, but my husband only showered once the whole week because of the cold! He just went swimming alot too lol! My mom in law stayed in room 2058 and she was pleased with her room, but her shower was also cold and by the end of her showers she said she was standing in an inch of water. There was no wifi offered in the rooms even for a charge but there was wifi in the lobby, so in the evenings and afternoons the lobby would fill up with people and their gadgets. The food was so-so and did not change at all from day to day. I would not stay in this hotel again unless they put wifi in the rooms and only because I have a high tolerance for cold showers! Location of the hotel is great and lobby is nice but needs more seating and outlets if they continue to only offer wifi in the lobby. Also, if you don't want to have dinner in their restaurant which is a buffet, they have a snack bar that only offers burgers, fires and drinks. We ate at the snack bar alot for dinner when we didn't go into town to eat.…
This hotel could have lots to offer. It is on the main bus line into town and to the falls. The pool, tho' cold, is clean and refreshing with a potentially nice garden surrounding the pool. However, everyone had trouble with their rooms--from cold water showers to non-working TVs to rooms that rained water on you in the middle of the night from the room above. The dinner buffet offered many and varied choices when a bus tour was in residence, but as soon as they left, the fare became quite skimpy even though we had a group of 12 staying at the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.
