This is a lovely hotel, each room is part of a small block of around 4 rooms that looks like a house. There are small pools by lots of these as well as the main pool by the main hotel building. Beautiful gardens and golf course around the buildings. The restaurant is great, all the food is labelled with ingredients and mentions allergens. Special mention to Robert in the restaurant as he very kindly went to find me a gluten free dessert from the previous night’s meal as there weren’t any that evening for me. Definitely service that went above and beyond! We would happily stay here again.
Lovely resort style accommodations near Iguasu Falls. I would highly recommend for their very nice, spacious rooms (which are in casitas, with I believe 4 rooms per house), professional staff, terrific breakfast and the best showers ever! Water pressure is outstanding! I wish we had time to experience the other amenities such as the golf course and pool which was unfortunately under construction during our visit. Overall, our experience was wonderful!
Wonderfull experience!! For family, legendary experience!!! Team was spectacular facilities, staff and the drink class was amazing!! Bartender Marcelo, Tio do Belo, Fabiana e Glaucia where amazing and warm in every experience!!! Would definitively recommend!!!
The hotel is perfectly located, around 10 minutes from the airport and about the same again to the entrance of Iguassu falls. Rooms were spacious and comfortable with huge beds but they were looking very tired and even battered in places and are in need of modernising. The balcony had no outdoor furniture which seemed strange. The main pool was freezing cold as were the smaller pools around the houses although I think this is the norm for Brazil? They were too cold for our kids to enjoy unfortunately. Our hot tub was also cold on arrival but a quick call to reception sorted this promptly. Reception staff were excellent, they were super helpful with any queries and helped us organise our excursions and spoke perfect English. Breakfast was excellent and evening dinner in the buffet was also good but it does get very busy in there at certain times. We didn’t use the other restaurants as we were on a half board package but the menus around the pool were good for lunch. Cocktails were also great and reasonably priced. There is a brilliant entertainment programme on throughout the day with various activities, including the high ropes course which was completely free of charge! We also enjoyed the games room in the kids club. The general feel of the whole resort felt like it was missing something and needs a lot of money investing into it. We were only there for 3 nights which felt like the perfect duration for what we had planned. The resort has the potential to be something really special but at the moment it is far from a luxury resort but a good base for visiting Iguassu Falls.…
Very close to the falls and the airport. Friendly staff and hotel with some interesting activities especially for children. A great place for staying with family and friends. We will for sure come back again.
Beautiful resort, very well maintained. Very close to the falls and the airport, what it makes a perfect location. But the best part of the experience were the workers, they were go and beyond to make us feel at home. Specially Allison at the bar and lobby pool and Giovanna at the tourist desk. It was my husband birthday during our stay, they noticed it from His passport and send as a Bday cake to the room. We will for sure come back again.
Friendly staff and resort with some interesting activities, such as learning to make and create drinks with the Barman Marcelo who is a patient teacher, and funny comments from Fernando and Frango (The Chicken) one of the many “uncles” of Wish Resort. A great place for staying with family or couples.
The experiences at the resort were pleasant and fun, we participated in the drinks and mixology workshop and even received a certificate. Congrats to the bartender team Marcelo, Fabiana, tio Fernando and tio Frango. They are friendly and fun! I recommend!!!
We stayed only one night but we were surprised at all the activities available. The room was fine (nothing super special) but it was surprising to see all the bikes, the kids sports area and the smaller pools in addition to the larger pool. The breakfast was great and everyone we encountered was so friendly and provided great service. We had such fun with Tio Do Belo playing Bingo and loved his enthusiasm and how he engaged everyone and kept the energy level high - great job. I also would recommend the Grill Restaurant - the gentleman who took care of our table (I am not sure if he was the manager) was so attentive and made great recommendations. It was a lovely meal at the end of a busy day.
We picked this resort because of its great reviews and distance to airport and als Igazu Waterfalls. Uber from airport was only R12 and took only like 8 min drive. If you rented a car, there is parking available for free. We stayed in building 14, room 1404 which was a suite. Living room, bathroom and bedroom were separated. Bathroom was great size! Shower was large. All amenities were great including cute slippers. We only stayed for one night. Visited the Iguaza waterfalls, which was about 10 min away. We then drove towards the town of Foz du Igacu for dinner, supermarket visit. Breakfast was included, staff are friendly. There is a main swimming pool near the lobby, but there were several smaller pools throughout the guest houses that you could also use. Great resort to stay if you’re visiting the Igacu falls!…
