We stayed in a lovely double room for our first two nights. Such a comfy bed with two big huge pillows each. Private bathroom too. Beautifull wood finish everywhere, really warming :-) we moved to a dorm for the next few nights and found it just as comfy. I would highly recommend this hostel. I felt so relaxed and happy...

Stayed here for four nights and so glad we made the effort to get here. It's right on jabaquara beach which is the most beautiful beach in Paraty, the staff are lovely and really helpful. There are great restaurants close by. The vibe of the hostel is chilled and friendly. It's a ten to fifteen minute walk into town but...

I spent here 4 nights in March and I really regret I haven't stayed more. The structure looks more like a resort than a hostel. High quality food and live music. The staff was amazing. I don't know how many time the owner get me to the centre (15 mins walking) and pick me up, he was the kindest and...

This place gives me the shivers everytime i think about it! We were given a private room in the back of a huge dorm. We payed a silly amount of money for this cramped dark room. The dorm outside smelled like wee! I am pretty sure somebody just had a wee in the middle of the room. We had to...

After reading reviews we thought this would be a great hostel to stay in however we were a little disappointed. The website makes it out to be a lot nicer than it actually is. We stayed in a 10 bed mixed dorm - it was meant to be air conditioned but it was only at one end of the room...

Unfortunately I have nothing positive to say about this place. I found it to be disorganized and dirty, which gives it a very low price/quality rating. The staff was not helpful nor friendly. It seemed as they were also on vacation and did not want to be bothered - although the price was high enough to expect to be treated...

There is nothing bad I could possibly say about this hostel. My girlfriend and I initially were going to stay for 3 days or so, we ended up here for just over a week. The staff are second to none, they were incredibly helpful, the setting and the hostel itself were out of this world. Very clean, amazing breakfast.... the...

I had a great time staying at this hostel, although arrived as part of a Topdeck tour, it was probably my favorite hostel that Is stayed in on the trip, it was a bit out of season, but the staff were MORE then friendly and made a big effort to make our stay a lot of fun, with a great...

The staff is great- friendly and each speaks multiple languages- but this is one of the only great things about this hostel. It is hard to outweigh being eaten alive by mosquitoes in the rooms with the good service. The rooms and bathrooms have NO ventilation- our fan was broken. The dark paneled wood mixed with black floors were not...

It’s a little way out of town, around a ten minute walk from the centre. This is not too much of an issue, as the beachfront location is great – there’s plenty of bars, restuarants etc nearby. The hostel itself has a bar and restaurant that actually feels like a proper bar, not just something that’s been added to a...
