This place is OK for the price, Flemengo area is really quiet at night. Was disappointed that the "suite" I booked was older and nothing more than a room with a double and single bed. Other suites always have a sitting area or office space. The place is very secure with staff checking key cards at the entry. Took awhile...

Dear Good afternoon! Thanks for your message. The Flamengo district is strategically located in Rio de Janeiro, it is very close to almost everything. As for the chosen apartment, I could see he was in a good location indicated by the agency in which you made the purchase. At the most, we are available. Imperial team

The hotel room was adequate for a short stay. The room and bathroom are pretty small in size and amenities like hairdryer etc. are not there. However, it was clean and we had no complaints. The hotel is located extremely close to the Catete metro, and the neighborhood is pretty safe too, the streets were busy and crowded at night...

This is a good hotel placed in a very nice neighborhood in Rio. It is conveniently close to the metro station as well as close to several key areas in this city. The rooms are a bit small, but OK. Price is very reasonable and staff is very friendly. If you are staying in this part of town, is a...

I had a suite on the ground floor close to the swimming pool 9that was hardly used). A spacious and clean room well equipped. It was a good hotel with excellent service and given the price well worthwhile.

Located in Catete where you can find plenty of things to do close by. Metro is very close and I highly suggest you use this form of transportation. The Front desk clerk was excellent as was the Manager. I speak no Portuguese but they made me feel welcome and at home. there were several staff members who spoke english. They...

Imperial Hotel has a nice location in the center of Rio (Flamengo - Catete) for a business trip. It is not located at the more truistic places of the city but it is close to the business center without being downtown. I have a list of small but annoying negative aspects: Air conditioning is very noisy and did not work...

Location is not central and about 15-20 min from Copacabana by taxi. Staff was ok, room for 3 was big and clean. A/C was noisy. Average hotel. I had to get a key for the safe and sign for it. When we entered the room you need to sign a paper on how many towels, pillows and etc in the...

First of all the service was almost rude. The bellboy got angry because we forgot to leave the key to reception while we went eating. Front desk was also very unpolite, some didn't even speak english. We had to ask many times where is the breakfast, no 'hello, thank you, please' etc... We had to fill a separate document about...

Decent and very clean. The breakfast was yummy and the staff incredibly helpful. The bathroom was great with one of the best showers I've come across in my travels! In a good location (Catete) which is near Lapa. I would stay here again as it was reasonably priced.

Decent, clean hotel with tasty breakfast and friendly staff. Nothing fancy but reasonable value for Rio, and on a busy road so felt safe. It's in Catete which is a good midpoint between the main areas in Rio also, so pretty easy to get most places, and a pleasant walk to sugar loaf.
