We checked in, walked into the room, turned around and checked out again. There were bugs crawling, broken windows with smelling dumpsters under. A cord hanging in the shower... It's one of the worst places I've been to. Run away!

The beds are horrible, it's dirty, it does not look like the pictures at all. The breakfast was only good during...

Stayed here when in rio to watch a few world cup games. The common area is nice as is the staff. The rooms, however, are disgustingly dirty. Truly disgusting. I am not complaining about the size of the room but I do expect some basic levels of hygiene. There is filth and dirt along the edges of the walls. It...

There's no way in a million years I would have enjoyed my time in Rio without the staff there. The staff there, particularly Sergio and Yuri were brilliant. Always looking out for lodgers and doing their best to keep people happy. They always went way and beyond their job to help out and was without doubt the best thing about...

The staff of this hostel is really bad. They are always fighting between each other and that makes the vibe of this place really heavy. They never are in the mood to give you information about the city or anything, they dont even have maps of the city! Besides, one of the persons of the staff lost one of my...
