The hotel has a nice location right across the Copacabana beach, a few very nice restaurants are just next to the hotel. The rooms vary, the deluxe ones that face the beach are nice but the ones that don't are average!! I thought the hotel is quite expensive but it turned to be reasonable compared to other hotels on the...

the hotel was well situated, and reasonable (for a lower quality 3-star one). Hotel staff were very uninspired and quite incompetent - but that's fairly typical too. All that for 200 Euro + per night is .... well, it's Rio. Probably one of the better deals there.

The hotel is very convenient to go to the beach, it is near all the best atmosphere of the city, although the building is old and definitely needs to maintain the location is best. The staff is very friendly and smiling all the time.

Great location right on Leme beach (extension of the more famous Copacabana), with beautiful views of the beach, if you get a front facing room - but sadly, the windows in the rooms are so small that you don't feel the full beauty of it. Pros - great location - great chicken and spaghetti at the restaurant... Cons - paid...

I believe this must be the best 3* in the city. Good location, very close to the beach (family driven area), good service, spotless rooms, nice big beds, good shower, roomy apartments and recently refurbished - which is quite a plus regarding Rio hotels. Breakfast is also quite nice and full of options. Depending on the rate you get I...

We really loved our stay at this place. Room are spacious, bathroom is big with a good shower. Sky tv. You have to pay for wifi, 15 Real per 24 hours. Breakfast is well organised and you have a beautiful view of the beach. The location is good if you like it more quiet, located near Beach 1. I left...

My husband and I don't consider ourselves high maintenance travelers, but this hotel is just so basic, we were expecting more based on the reviews. The room didn't have any clocks or tissue boxes. Minimum number of towels. The accommodations need a facelift, even the bedding looks over 30 years old. The bed was comfortable and the shower was good,...

The Hotel was good. The Bistrot do Leme (the restaurant) has good food but an AWFUL service! The waitress who waited? upon us was just terrible: Bad-mannered and even rude, which is not at all common in Brazil. Not to come back.

Location is great and breakfast felt quite adequate. There was mold in the bathroom shower although I agree that the shower heads are nice. The beds were acceptable and we only had one big turn off. When we asked the front desk to call a specific cab company for us that was R$20 less expensive than the one they wanted...

Pluses - super big and comfortable beds - location, on beach front. 5 min walk from Copacabana palace hotel - very helpful staff with trips etc - big and spacious hotel rooms - good buffet breakfast -super powerful hot...
