Staff is unfriendly and do not help you. More important than that, the hotel is only meters away from a dangerous favela. In the middle of our stay, we moved to a different hotel in Copacabana. It was definitely a great decision.

Me and my family been in this hotel at olympic time. Location is excellent near copacobana beach and metro station. Room need a remont because its old. Breakfast served on second floor and its quite good, but everything is the same day after day. Wifi...More

The Hotel is well located but unfortunately poor in equipment and too much old. It needs a serious re-looking. It is also very noisy and the staff is not hired to improve your comfort. The positive think is the activities to book via this hotel...More

Booked this hotel for carnival, no wifi unless in lobby, beg bugs infestation in room, I woke up with hundreds of bug bites, absolutely discusting, gun shooting and cops outside or always in lobby, entrance to favela. However close to the beaches and subway

The hotel has a great location! But terrible service. We booked several weeks ahead and at our arrival after 15 min waiting with nobody else in the lobby they told us that they dont have rooms available sorry,,, what???? They offered to move us to...More
