The only good thing about this hostel is the location. Actually its pretty good, near Ipanema beach but that is not even worth it. I went with my best friend and We have booked a room just for the 2 of us. Our room was in the 5th floor, no elevator. the beds had no sheets, the bathroom was dirty,...

The hostel looks like a garage, there´s even a car inside of the recepcion. Lots of bad things going on , dont usually write bad reviews but the way i´ve been treated there is unbeliveable, the owner is really bad and probably will treat you not like a traveller but like a bug. Talking about bug, be carefull about bed...

We were, beside of the staff, the only people in the hotel. One employee was really helpful, but the rest rather unappealing. The entrance hall was dusty, there is no place to relaxe, the TV was missing and towels had a chemical smell. Our room remembered us of a hospitalroom. We checked out the very next morning without looking what...

I booked to stay at this hostel over a year ago and was due to arrive in 5 weeks. From the moment I booked (using a well known booking agent) I have had email after email from the owner changing the booking, each time making the room size, amount of beds etc etc slightly worse. Having paid a higher amount...

The woman who is the owner of the hostel is very rude, she thinks she always has the reason. We booked this Hostel 15 days Before of our arrival, when we arrived, the whole hostel was under construction, only one room was available but it was full of dust.It really was impossible to stay there, we had to change of...

It's the worst hostel I've ever been at. It has lots of floors and no elevator. The stairs are endless, narrow and really dangerous. The rooms are tiny. The beds are incredibly uncomfortable. And if you go there during the summer, you won't be able to sleep because it's like a sauna in there. I stayed only one night and...

It is a real bad hostel. the dorms are very tiny, with thin (almost paper-thin) walls. So you hear all noise of the other rooms. It is very hot, so you need a fan, and the fans make noise like an airplane, so impossible to sleep. It is really horrible!

I don't normally bother to write reviews but feel compelled to do so on this occasion so as to try & save some poor people from experieencing what i had to go through & continue to go through. This hostel gave me bedbugs. The owner refused to acknowledge this , reluctantly changed my bed (within the same room so i...

Guys, it's expensive, the rooms are terrible, there is not free wifi, the owner, oh my god, I just cannot believe the things that she said. But the worst part is that there I had security issues, even there are lockers with LOCKs (provideded by the hostel) someone opened it with a second key and stole us some money. If...
