          Santa Teresa
Santa Teresa is a bohemian enclave hosting many local
artists’ studios. The narrow, winding streets of this
neighbourhood were revitalised years ago, and visitors
can now stroll through this area to view magnificent
mansions dating back to the late 19th and early 20th
century. A highlight not miss: Museu Chacará do Céu, a
former mansion turned museum which houses works by
          prominent Brazilian modern artists.

          Kasia B
Hello! We are two polish trainee dentists coming to Rio de Janeiro for 2 months next week! We graduated the Medical University of Lodz last year, did half of the internship and stopped in order to travel for one year. Our last stop is Rio! We come to get to know Brazilian culture, customs, language, people... As our budget is very limited, we would love to work in exchange for accommodation and food and maybe some pocket money. Of course, we would be willing to consider any other option that works for you. As far as foreign languages are concerned, we both speak fluent polish :) and english. Kasia also speaks spanish and french. We have spent the last 5 months in Portugal so our understanding of portuguese language is getting better and better :) Looking forward to hearing from you! We would appreciate any kind of response, even negative. Best regards, Kasia and Agata (e-mail: kasiabula1 on gmail)
