The Hotel has a contemporary construction and theme. Good service and breakfast, even if you need something special due to food restriction, the kitchen staff did what they could to help. Clean rooms, no smells, no noise or damage. Very comfortable. The garage is a bit small for the volume of vehicles, but the valet does his best and was very attentive.
I've been to this hotel on several ocations. Can't beat the price. There are not many options for 3-4 star chain hotels in Teresopolis and this hotel is clean, confortable with good size rooms. There is wifi but it is very weak, we've complain through out the course of the year but it hasn't got any better. The restaurant is decent, room service can take a long time and they don't open at the same time every day, there were days were they didn't open at all. The best days are when they offer buffet, again the price is hard to beat. The fitness center consists of a broken spinning bike, a tredmill and a few dumb weights. I would have rated the hotel very goof if not for the wifi, but it is still one of the best options in Teresopolis.
The hotel is modern and new and the price you pay is surprisingly low. It is located a short walk from the main thoroughfare in Teresópolis. Rooms are large, bright, with good A/C and big windows, and and and the best part besides an excellent shower is hot running water in the sink, which allows the first great shave in weeks. Breakfast is substantial and service staff will accommodate your request for an extra pillow if you need one. This lovely hotel is highly recommended.
This chain hotel really stands out. The front staff was extremely friendly and helpful in suggesting sights and restaurants. And the breakfast buffet was the best of our trip to Brazil. They had the greatest variety of pastries, in addition to the usual tropical fruit, eggs, cheeses, meats, yogurt, and cereal. It's located in a residential neighborhood, so there was nothing of note in walking distance. But, it was a short drive to the national park and scenic lookouts.
We're Russian/American tourists traveling our way through South America for the second time. Last time we visited Sao Paulo, and this time we decided to tackle Rio. We are EXTREMELY happy we chose to stay 100km outside of Rio. For one, the weather in the mountains is much more pleasant, especially this time of year. Getting to Rio takes 1hr15min max (depending on how you drive!). The city of Teresopolis is inviting, beautiful, and relaxing. The hotel it self is very clean, and on the newer side. We enjoyed this hotel very much. The breakfast was delicious, and fillling. The beds were comfortable. The staff was gracious and helpful. I'm not too good at taking the time out to write reviews. Often, I plan too, but get caught off track and forget. This hotel left us with such bright memories that I decided to write this review in the hopes of brightening other travelers days. Thank you Intercity. Keep up the good work!…
Beautiful views! Very modern facility, gourmet breakfast great prices, exercise room, conference room large and clean, centrally located near shops, restaurants, business, my dentist Dr Oscar, City hall, Wonderful personnel, clean Convenient room service meals
Overall a comfortable hotel with good service. The beds however were perhaps the most comfortable beds I've ever slept in away from home. Beds are a big deal for many travelers and if you're one of those, you have nothing to worry about in this hotel. The breakfast was excellent, with attentive staff ready to take your every order and request for a satisfying morning meal.
The hotel was surprisingly good value for money. Modern setting. Reasonable but extensive breakfast choice, sizeable rooms and good beds. The town is a bit boring, but the hotel makes up for what the town lacks.
We stayed one night in the hotel before heading to the Parque Serra dos Órgãos (short 15min bus ride) and were totally delighted by the quality. The staff was extremely friendly and willing to help, the room was impeccable and cosy, and the breakfast was abundant and delicious. All this for a pretty reasonable price.
Well this is the best value for money we had in Brazil, we don't know if the price (130R) was a launching price or not, but was. Great service and staff Great location Excellent breakfast Room service: average, the food was not hot and they brought us only one knife/fork for two dishes so we had to wait for others to come and it was even colder!
