Let's try to describe it on topics... Front desk: I made my reservation through the Hoteis.com web site, as I do for all my hotel reservations, and by the first time I got problems in retrieving the reservation. Two ladies were attending the front desk, so I got one busy with my issues and the other was attending other guest.... More

The staff takes a long time to answer the callings and they are very bad educated. The lifts takes long time to come and the very bad equiped gym closes at 10 pm. I had to stop my training. I will never stay here anymore. Be aware you have much better options near Ibirapuera for less cost. Do not stay!

The hotel was well situated, clean, attentive employees. Suggestion: Remodel the rooms and the bathrooms with new furniture and brighter colours. Give the employees english and spanish lessons as you are a international chain and your employees should be able to communicate with your clients easily. We speak 4 languages but not Portugese.

We stayed here for a night before taking a cruise from Santos. It is a typical 4 star business/tourist hotel. It has a small pool with just enough space for two abreast. The buffet breakfast is good. We didn't use the restaurant in the evening but there is an excellent Italian restaurant across the road that serves large helpings.

Friendly and helpful staff. Since we only speak English they went the extra mile to make sure we got what we needed. The daytime concierge was particularly helpful (think his name was Antonio). Restaurant staff was friendly, food okay. Room WS comfortable, bed comfortable. Furnishings were a little dated but everything was clean. Hotel is good location with cabs abundant.

I am a very seasoned global business traveller. Due to a convention most hotels in the area were fully booked for my last-minute business trip. This hotel was one of the few that still had rooms available and now I know why. The rooms are so filthy, I did not want to touch anything and kept my socks on throughout.... More

I didn't enjoy much the hotel facilities cause I was in the hurry and my visit was 2 nights only. Overall very good! Very nice location and to get a Taxi was so easy too. No problem with checking out and the Wi-Fi worked very well.

Great area with all accommodations yo need. Large hotel rooms with good, not great, service. Small exaggerated pool and gym. Some floors are under renovation and inaccessible (Aug 2015). Maybe 4 or 5 Brazilian stars equaling to maybe 3 European stars.
