This is a very SAFE neighbourhood. Octavia coffee house is fantastic on Faria Lima street close by. The hotel service is fantastic. The rooms and bathrooms are very small but clean. 1206 had a private residence above it that created a loud sound when they ran their shower. Beyond this there was little to complain about. Highly recommended hotel. Wifi... More

I can't figure out how other reviewers were "impressed" with this property. You need to know that this property is a linguistic adventure. We selected this property for a 5-day stay (and recommended it to another couple) on the basis of great TripAdvisor reviews. There is no one on the property who speaks any English at all -- desk staff,... More

Not a first class hotel by any means, but well located in a more pleasant part of town. Staff are professional and attentive, the restaurant is good, and the accommodations are comfortable. Fair value for money. Plenty of good eateries in the region, which is mainly residential apartments.

Clarion is not typically a hotel brand that is known to be impressive, but this particular property is an exception. This hotel is located in a very decent and quiet area of Sao Paulo. The reception area is immaculate with very attentive staff. We were immediately greeted and offered a cold or hot beverage as well as a towel service.... More

I stayed there for one night. I paid about R$250. The rooms are nice, clean, with a feeling of luxury, a bit small though…. The shower is small but practical. There are enough towels. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The best thing is the location. In the center with many great restaurants around. A beautiful shopping mall within... More

Very good hotel, well located especially if you want to make a gastronomic tour in the Itaim Bibi area: Lots of good pubs, bars, restaurants, cafeterias, and shoppings. The breakfast is spectacular! The worst: the irregularity of the services in the hotel... the staff needs more/better training. Wifi for free... parking R22,50/day. No subway around.

Good value for money associated with a great location. Great wi-fi which is something only a few hotels have. People at the reception are very professional and polite. The only remark I would make is regarding the noise made when closing the door: room for improvement.
