Recently stayed here for 5 nights on business and thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Staff could not be any more helpful or pleasant. Dined in the restaurant on 3 evenings and each time the service was fast and the food of a good enough standard. Gym facilities were of a good standard and Air-conditioning made it quite pleasant. Room was comfortable...

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. This time when I arrived, there was very loud music and what appeared to be a homeless camp in front of the hotel. The music stopped, but the homeless stayed my entire trip. The hotel is in need of a remodel. Carpet is severely stained. Although the location is...

I like the location of the hotel,it is located in the avenue, very close to some attractions and several shopping centers. However furniture in the room is rather old and bathroom was not in very good condition. There was also weird smell in the room and it got even worse when I activate the air condition. Hotel staff was nice...

I have stayed at the Melia several times. It is conveniently located and the rooms are clean and comfortable but the service is so slow! The breakfasts are ok, the gym facilities are satisfactory but the wifi was constantly dropping out which made it difficult to get work done.

I like this hotel and the friendly staff. This a modern, clean and attractive hotel on the Avenida Paulista. We stayed in a suite. We used the fitness center, which is modest, but serviceable. Nice breakfast spread. On New Year's we came back from a friend's party to discover a DJ set up in the bar with a small crowd...

The hotel is in a good location and the price is not too bad, but that's all the positives I have for this hotel. The Front desk is fully dysfunctional, no one picks up the phone and it takes forever to check in and out. I actually had to call them from my mobile to get anyone to pick up...

Pluses: excellent location and the friendliest, warmest staff. Very good noise reduction insulation, which is a must in the area. Average: cleanliness. Minuses: room not that big and very dark; funny smell probably coming from old air conditioner; corridors with old carpet and old, stained painting; a very small closet; breakfast edible but much below 5-star-standards. Had trouble connecting the...

The hotel is somewhere between Good and very good. The room was decent and clean. The gym is small and has very little equipment, it is more suited for domestic use. Staying in Jardins

Neighbourhood Profile
Jardins
Located just below important Paulista Avenue, Jardins is the junction of four smaller neighbourhoods: Jardim Paulista, Jardim América, Jardim Europa and Jardim Paulistano. It is an upper-class area, offering a variety of things to do, including shopping, museums and parks. The neighbourhood is well known for “Oscar Freire”– the most luxurious street in the city, packed with high-end boutiques. In Jardins you will also find a trendy museum, São Paulo Museum of Image and Sound (MIS), which people often line up for hours to visit. If green space is what you're after, take time to relax at Trianon Park, a refuge in the heart of Paulista Avenue.
