Me and my husband stayed here two nights during a trip around Cambodia in May 2008. The room was beautifully restored with colonial details. I think the place has now been "upgraded" with a pool, but that was just a pit in the yard at...More
Three of us stayed here for 2 nights in November 2011. When we booked we were told that the 3 person room at $65 was only available for one nght, but that a Manager's suite was availble for the other night at $70.
I had a very nice stay here early December. The restaurant was probably the best in Battambang, with good wine, pastis and please try the local Brandy! The room was beautiful old style and it was an easy walk to downtown. I especially enjoyed the...More

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I love the architecture and the decor. La Villa is undoubtedly the best hotel you can stay at in Battambang. It is great value compared to what you spend for the same type of place in Phnom Penh or Siem...More

hi, pleased to hear you rated La Villa very high as we are staying there soon. Wanted to ask you about the boat...glad to hear the hotel will book the tickets...I'm worried we might not get on. Was there a choice of boats? how did you enjoy the boat trip. I've read contrasting reviews.

Yes, it is not problem to book the boat ticket. We can arrange this for you easily. There are different companies, and they have different schedules. There is one boat leaving Battambang to Siem Reap every morning at 7am. It takes about 6-8 hours to reach Siem Reap. About the boat trip, most of the guests say it is interesting and wonderful, but few of them say it takes too much time and sometimes with too much people.
We will be happy to welcome you soon!!!
