Generally, hostels in San Pedro are pretty pricey. The dorm rooms in this hostel are very basic. They are cleaned daily which is great. The bathrooms, kitchen, and outside area are very nice! There's a cat that likes to sneak into the rooms - watch out if you're allergic.

I stayed at Corvatsch with my boyfriend in January 2017. We arrived in San Pedro with no hostel booking as all the reviews for places in our price range seemed very mixed so we decided to arrive and look around first. Accommodation in San Pedro can be expensive for the traveller on a budget but Corvatsch was the best value...

OK hostel, hot water and decent WiFi, sadly the staff did not perform really well, neither friendly not informative. The hotel of the same name is better, with nice places to rest and relax after some adventures.

We made our reservation a few months in advance and made sure to request a parking spot. When we got here to check in, they first denied us a parking spot, and after comparing reservation emails, they changed their word and said that they cancelled our parking reservation because they thought we did not need it anymore. They would come...

Room is incredibly small and airless. Stuff do not speak english as promised and they are not helpful. On website they say that reception is open 24h but it doesn't matter, because they won't help you anyway.

Where can I start ? It's so sad because this place has such potential. Beautiful when you walk in and they have kitchen facilities. Don't let that fool you. It started from a long trip to arrive, we understand check in was a bit later but we asked if we could take a shower because we just had a long...

we stayed in a 6 bedroom dorm which was ok - quite spacious and the beds were comfy. the vibe is quite strange and manic with lots of kids hanging around the reception area and the staff weren't the most helpful. did the job as a cheap(ish) option in a very expensive town

The infrastructure did seem above average compared to the other hostels i visited in SPA. The rooms were good, the shower was decent and the wi-fi also worked well (just as a reference, I came in from Bolivia). However, as discussed by other reviewers, the hostel rules suck.

There are so many better options in San Pedro de Atacama. When I arrived at the hotel earlier than check-in time around 12pm after uyuni tour. I asked if i can check-in at the time if the room is ready. But i found out that my reservation was missing. Anyway, the staff at the reception helped me to check in...

We stayed here for one night, plus a two nights in the attached Hostel Corvatsch (not worth the extra £££) which is part of the same complex and shares staff members. The plus points: - the Hostel has decent kitchen faculties and a Tv / computer room, and clean shared bathrooms with plenty of hot water - the wifi is...
