I would not recommend anyone stay in this hotel. Electrical issues. No hot water. Wifi not working. Rooms are run down and dirty. No one at this hotel understands what truly good service actually is. The restaurant is absolutely wretched. This would not qualify for a 3-star property in the U.S. If the airport wasn't over an hour away I...

We are currently in hotel Cumbres and it is a mistake that we came here all the way from US . I never give bad reviews to a hotel , but I am compelled to write this review. We have stayed in many fine hotels around the world including Belmond ( where we were 2 days ago) , the Taj...

This property is absolutely wonderful. The rooms are huge and very clean with out of this world bathrooms including an indoor/outdoor shower. Every room features a huge patio overlooking the desert landscape. Gorgeous and very quiet! The hotel features a full service spa and 5 pools with different temperatures. Unfortunately I didn't have enough time to try it. Breakfast was...

We stayed two nights at the end of a long trip around South America. It was the most over priced hotel we have ever stayed at. This the first time I've had to place a negative review and I have traveled a lot. We paid US $420 a night. A couple points but mainly negative. 1) There is wifi in...

I arrived at hotel around 7 pm and my room, which was supposed to be a King Room, had two single beds. I had dinner and waited until 9 pm, and nothing. What they did was put the two beds together and that was it. No manager to speak to, the guys at the reception don't seem to care at...

Almost everything was fine. However, I found the tours very expensive related to other operators in São Pedro. In addition, we tried to make the Geisers tour last Saturday, and the attendant told us that was necessary four confirmations, and she couldn´t guarantee the tour. Detail, we were in three people... So we made the reservation in other operator to...

Fantastic design rooms , traditional with luxury. Love the outdoor shower and the swimming pool area. When we were there the breakfast service was overwhelmed by a large tour group which descended en-mass. It is a long walk from the centre, down rough dark lanes. There are hotel shuttle , but be aware. I would have given 5 stars but...

Way too expensive for what it offers, management is kind of arrogant, refused to refil in-room coffe capsules, even though we were 15 people, staying for several days and spend thousands of dollars. Rain infiltrated into my room

We spent six nights in this wonderful hotel and adored it! The rooms are huge with a comfortable bed and a very large bathroom. Two showers, one inside, one outside (nice to shower under the stars), also two sinks with tons of countertop. There is a nice patio with furniture to enjoy sitting outside. It was very quiet at night....

Location of the hotel is central, though still Quiet. Shops and the village centre are within walking distance. Tours come and pick you up at the hotel. Rooms are basic but ok. Restaurant could be improved as can be quality of the breakfast. The pool area is great. Staff is not very friendly though helpful when needed.
