Probably the worst thing about this place is the showers - I don't think I ever had a warm one? But to be honest, that's South America for you. The owners are friendly but don't speak much english - but hopefully by now on your travels you should have some Spanish! The place is a close enough walk to the... More

We stayed in a double room here for 3 nights and had a good time. The bed was relatively comfy with a duvet. There is a nice courtyard area to hang out and meet people, and there are signs telling you to go to bed after 12 and not keep everyone awake, so we weren't kept awake all night. The... More

We reserved a private double room at Hostal Cabur and let them know we would be arriving late. We arrived at 10pm to find - no rooms available! The girl who was in charge left us with a guy (who'd started working the previous day) and told us to make our way to another hostel. She was in a hurry... More

We stayed in a 4 bed dorm in the building across the street from the main reception. At first we thought this would be a disadvantage but as we heard more about the rooms in the main building, we were actually really glad we weren't staying there. The room felt quite newly decorated and clean, the beds were really comfortable... More

This hostel is fine if you want to spend your time with lager-swilling 18-year-old Argentinians who think they are the first people in the world to listen to Bob Marley all afternoon and night. The hostel is extremely noisy with a courtyard setting not conducive to a good night's sleep. The kitchen is very small and dirty, there are only... More

I found the place on a recommendation from a friend who used to live there, and stayed here for one night before a Uyuni tour, and two nights after I got back. The facilities are fine, no real complaints on anything specific, except it has two separate buildings on either side of the street and only one has internet. The... More
