Nice venue, hotel , rooms, breakfast and restaurant however we got poor service in general! We ordered what's on the menu and told us that not everything was available. The administrator never showed up to offer us an option. Incompetent concierge as well! Got the impression that the workers do not have an understanding of what customer satisfaction is about!...

Gino, we are most concerned about the impressions you took away with you. Customer satisfaction is most definitely a priority for Kimal. We usually have everything that´s on the menu so that´s a surprising comment. It would be useful if you could drop us an email identifying yourself and when you stayed so we can have a clearer understanding of...

I stayed 4 nights here at the end of February. We had a family room that had 3 beds. There is a fridge too. The bathroom was OK. The first 2 days we hardly had any hot water and said something to reception. They said the rain had messed something up, and they fixed it. After that there was plenty...

No air conditioning. The pool is small but ok. Ask for a room far away from if or you will hear children playing in the pool. Restaurant food good and fast service. They have tea and coffee available in the lobby all day to help yourself. They run their own tours out of the hotel, or you can arrange for...

We were at the hotel in February during the 'Bolivian Winter'. I just want to say this may affect my review slightly as we spent the best part of 4 days in our room. The staff were very nice and helpful and a credit to the hotel. Our room was basic but clean and comfortable. It certainly had character, The...

The hotel is split on two sides of the road. We were in the part know as Poblado where the rooms are in circular huts. Our room was a good size and bed was comfortable. En-suite shower, toilet and basin. The en-suite was in need of a bit of a refurb as the grouting was gone in places but I...

And the staff even didn't allow us to take a shower. Even more they want 57$ for late check out( 15 min late)!!!!! It was the worst hotel I ever used....

As indicated by other reviews the hotel is well located seconds walk to the main town. We are in room 17 towards the back of the hotel. The rooms are fairly basic but ooze charm and character with a rustic adobe style. There is no air conditioning and the room can get rather stuffy. A fan is provided to take...

My husband and I stayed here for 4 days during our Chile trip in Feb 2017. The #1 thing is the location i.e. proximity to mini markets, restaurants and shops. This turned out to super useful since the roads got too mucky to walk comfortably when it rained during our stay. The room itself was small but cute with all...

Congratulations to the staff, always very helpful, polite and friendly. Especially those at the restaurant: they have been very careful with the food for my wife, who has severe allergies. Highly recommended. Note: no safe in the room and no air conditioning (for those who can't live without it... we did not care)

We had 3 nights here, the room was clean, comfortable & though basic, provided all we needed. There was a fan ( no a/c ) which we didn't need. Hotel info states " all rooms have a veranda" They don't. Ours didn't. Though we were out much of the time it would have been nice to sit out in shade....
