The hotel itself is lovely and quaint, using locally styled individual rooms it has a pleasant feel. It is a decent walk into town along an unlit dirt road, though you can use their bikes which makes it much more reasonable. The rooms were very hot and as another reviewer mentioned there is no air con or fan. We slept...

Visited end of December 2012. We had some issues with a tour agency and the staff was fabulous in helping. The physical facility is beautiful and beautifully maintained. It is very secure. The food is good from the buffet breakfast to the lunch and dinner menus. Our room was spacious and near a nice pool and hot tub. You can...

I chose this place because of the rave reviews on trip advisor, but now that I've stayed there I really dont understand why it caught such good reviews. It was very hot, and the hotel is a long walk outside of town, at least 15 if not 20 minutes, along an unlit dirt road much of the way. Farther than...

This is a great place to chill out for a few days. The rooms are little houses with private outside showers, very different from any other hotel I have stayed in. The pool area is nice and quiet, and the food is good as well. Downtown San Pedro is about 10 minutes walk. Good value for money.

We stayed here for three nights in December. It made a change from the usual sort of hotel as all the rooms are located in a secluded garden and designed in the old adobe style. They re very simple but spacious - well we had a two bedroom one for two of us. Up a little stairway to our private...

The service and value for money were terrible -when I arrived in San Pedro, I call the hotel to get directions and ask them to help me get a taxi, as none are available....they say they would send a driver and they did not... I had to find my way without any help and with a large backpack... in a...

We really enjoyed staying here... a series of adobe buildings set around gardens and a lovely pool; great service and really decent rooms. Really peaceful and relaxing after active sightseeing trips Food ok but mostly we ate in the small town, as so may other choices. (Lunch menu similar to dinner menu) 10+ minutes walk from town centre- useful to...

I stayed there at the end of October and I do recommend this hotel. The staff is really nice and available all the time, the restaurant is good and when you need to relax you can just hang out by the pool which is perfect. The rooms are nice and large but when we arrived we noticed that there were...

The hotel is charming, clean and quiet. It is not an issue walking about 10' to the main street in San Pedro if you want to shop, visit a restaurant or get a drink on the main square. But staying in the hotel and having a bubble in the jacuzzi before a nice dinner and a pisco sour, watching the amazing...

The adobe village style property made it a place to visit by itself. Charming, clean and quiet. The room was basic but nice and comfortable with a gas heater that did a good job. However, the bathroom was not heated which made the mornings...invigorating! The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful (it does help to speak a little Spanish). Because...
