Stayed in one of their 3 bed rooms (三人间). Rooms were clean, staff was friendly. Some winter coats, umbrella's and heaters were provided in the room. Only downside was that people were very noisy in neighboring rooms most of the night. Had dinner and breakfast at the hotel restaurant, both were good although overpriced. Don't expect anything Western though, you...

Stayed in the bunk beds room of 6 occupants in this hotel for 2D1N with my friends as part of the hiking trip on Huangshan. My experience can be summarized as below: What's impressive: - Hotel located at a decent place at the top of the beautiful Huangshan mountain. You can probably get a nice view if your room is...

After reading some reviews here, I expected the worst; unhelpful staff, unhygenic rooms, disgusting food. Well... everything was totally ok. I'm not really sure what people were expecting when checking in here... Do you expect to get a great 4 star hotel bedroom for 120 kuai? As long as you're used to Chinese hospitality service, and sharing rooms in hostels,...

My wife and I stayed in Baiyun for 1 night on Jan. 6. At first, the reception could not find our reservation, but it was finally done. The room was ok, but not as comfy as Xihai hotel. Breakfast was very simple, even poorer than homestay in Xiamen. The staffs were very lazy and sat around to talk each other.

Our family stayed one night at this hotel. We took the cable car from the village up and then hiked the rest 6 km to the hotel. The only way to get to this hotel is to hike. It was a very hard hike/stairs climb for our kids 5 and 7 but they enjoyed it never the less. I’m soooo...

The hotel is located right in one of the most scenic parts of the Yellow Mountains. And should there be a chance to watch sunrise or sunset (not during our stay, unfortunately), there are good options here. And the hotel even provides warm jackets for those who want to have this experience. It is an expensive place, but please consider...

The room is expensive yet very dirty and dated, you can see mold everywhere. The food in restaurant are expensive and not true as the photos in their menu. You have to pay the bill first to get your orders. I was wondering why they did this to customers until I saw some very angry people complaining only one or...

Room is dated and expensive. There's no toiletries so pls bring yours. Thick jacket is provided if you wish to watch sunrise or sunset. Though dated and old, the bedsheets are clean. A few insects, but you are on mountain. My room has valley view. Nice. Not very impressed with toilet. Prefer Xihai Hotel than here. I spend 2 nights...

We had a standard room. The location was terrific, with amazing views nearby. The food was decent, but there is a lack of options. Our television didn't work, but the real issue was the level of noise. As a lot of people want to get up early to see the sunrise, the hallway is very noisy if you want to...

We were unable to book Baiyun hotel online as the hotel only accepts credit cards issued by China banks. We had to get a friend to sort out reservations for us. Remember to bring the booking number and personal information of the person who did the booking (e.g. name, credit card number, ID). The computer systems used for reservations are...
