Stayed here with Sinorama Tour. It was a maze to locate your room. Food was just average. Lovely walk along the river across the street. If you turn left, go just past the bridge, there are a few lovely shopping market type streets. Lots to see smell and even purchase! Bed were terrible, hard as concrete!

The beds are hard like plywood. The location is good. You are a 20 minutes walk from a small alley street full of stores selling crafts, teas, silk, etc. Bring an umbrella if you go for a walk. We had a unexpected downpour.

The hotel was very nice in appearance, the room was clean and very nice with the exception of the beds which seem to only have a boxspring and no mattress. It was quite uncomfortable. Went to Yellow Mountain from there so I am not sure what was around the area

We stayed in this hotel in March while visiting Huangshan, Tunxi, Hongcun, Xidi and Wuyuan. We had 2 rooms with a total of three nights stay ( check in twice). Some issues on both check in regarding thr rooms we slept in. First check in, although we requested non-smoking rooms, one of our rooms had unpleasant smell especially in the...

Only a one-night stay, on our way to Yellow Mountain, but the staff were courteous and were efficient in the check-in process. The room was well furnished, with clean, spacious bathroom. Breakfast catered for eastern and western palates, as it has been all the way through our trip, so far.

Stayed two nights on a Sinoarama escorted China tour. Nice location on the river, 15 minute walk or hired tri-cycle to Lao foot bridge (and motorcycles) that crosses the Hengjiang River to the newer pedestrian only shopping streets (majority of the shops are tea vendors, tea cafes or both). The other side of the bridge is has a long winding...

Stayed the night before going up the Yellow Mountain. Rooms are very comfortable but not a lot to do - a little bar with cold beer in the lobby if you want a drink in your room. Breakfast is in the ballroom we were there on the weekend that there was a national day hiking the Yellow Mountain so you...

Called the International and where most foreign tourists stay, it is hardly international in style or spirit. Food relentlessly Chinese. Very dated decor, reminding one if the 1950s or 1960s. Rooms are nevertheless large and comfortable with all amenities.

We spent two nights in this hotel while on a tour with Sinorama Tours, and it turned out to be my favorite of the hotels on the trip, mainly because of location. It is right on the river and within walking distance of downtown and the night market. As with all of our hotels on the tour, the room was...
