Old fashioned feel to the place but has good WiFi. No problems with anything but nothing to get enthusiastic about either. About 15 minutes walk to main downtown area and another 10 to the Tibetan market
Staffs are friendly, bed is alright for 3 nights stay. No complaint compare to the Mandala Hotel in Lhasa is so much worse in every thing.
This is the choice of the Tibet tour so just take it happily then.
