I don't know where they took the photo of the outside, but it does not look like that on the street level. It is two flights of stairs up to reception, then another two flights to our room. The room was dirty, the sheets were disgustingly stained,as the previous user must have had an upset stomach. The shower was cold, the toilet did not flush properly.There...

The hotel was well located, but there is no accessibility!!!! The rooms looked dirty with towels and sheets stained. The air conditioner was so noisy that we had to sleep with ear protection. Breakfast had no diversity!

Dear Eliane, I regret that you had such a bad experience in Manso. I will find out about the air conditioner that's making noise. Sometimes it is hard for us to find out about these kind of problems; it helps a lot when we are notified right that moment. Regarding sheets and towels, we renew stock every six months. This...

Manso is a unique and comfortable B&B. The staff is friendly and accommodating. I always stay at Manso on my way to Cuenca and on the way back to the US. Manso is an easy taxi ride form the airport. It is right on "el Malecón," on the waterfront. we enjoy sitting on the balcony watching the parrots come or...

This was our favorite hotel we stayed in on our South American trip. The room we stayed in was large. The view was beautiful. It had air conditioning (which was hard to come by in Ecuador). We were able to walk to the important places we wanted to see -- the ferris wheel and the lighthouse of Santa Ana. Taxes...
