The hotel is located around 12 min walking distance from the main road, which means relative isolation and no noise. The premises are very clean, cozy and have a very appropriate size. Barbara is a most gracious host. Breakfast had very homey feeling. We were given eggs, black beans, fruit and good, strong, Honduran coffee. We greatly recommend this place.

Our experience was unique. The people of the island is too friendly, and Barbara is a woman without equal, everything was perfect. The house is very fresh and West End is a great place to meet new people. Recommended 100%

I stayed in this bnb with my husband last May 2015 for our honeymoon. I had a great deal on the internet and the photos of the place looked so inviting. When we got there we were a bit worried as the place was just so far from the downtown and the way going to and from was too dark...

This was an absolutely fantastic place to stay at in West End Roatan!! With just a quick and safe walk from Barbara's to local bars and restaurants and the water taxis that take you over to the popular West Bay beaches, the view and quietness along with overall comfortableness of the rooms, to Barbara's wonderful knowledge of the islands. And...

I stayed here for about 9 days in late June 2015. It's set back from the bustle of West End which keeps it quiet and is on a hill with plenty of wind, so it never got too hot and bugs are kept at bay. Barbara is a gracious, kind and humorous host. She's a wealth of info on the...

My husband and I already had a week booked at an isolated resort on the island. We booked a night midweek at Barbara's because we'd read great reviews and we like memorable stays and unique out of the way places. We also knew we'd need an escape from our more touristy hotel after a few days. The B&B was perfect!...

This is a very overdue review. I stayed at Roatan Bed and Breakfast with two friends in October 2014 and it far exceeded my expectations. Upon our arrival Barbara greeted us and showed us around. She was friendly and helpful and immediately put us at ease. Her cat Pepperoni was also very welcoming. The property is beautiful and there's a...
