the place is not bad; bungalows are fine, it's right on the beach and they have a nice pool. the problem is only with the staff as many of them seem to hate their job and are quite rude that is very unusual in Thailand basing on my expeience. as long as you don't care about it and minimize the... We went here for a few drinks and a snack to watch the sunset, the staff were extremely unfriendly! After ordering our drinks and paying upfront the three women behind the bar decided to sit, chat and eat their own food for about 20 minutes before starting our drinks. After looking over to see what was going on they all... More

We got this place offered on the airport where we needed to make arrangements for a late arrival on the island. Initially we were positively surprised with the receptions warm welcome. However this turned within the hour into a disappointment when we sat down in the restaurant for a bite to eat. The staff was so unhappy with the customers... More

Stayed for four nights, OK room, decent food, but the service is non-existent. Despite the restaurant being over staffed at most times, it seems as though most of the staff is there to keep each other company rather than offering decent service. The reception is not that helpful either. We stayed away from the restaurant and bar, many great alternatives... More

We had some drinks here and the atmosphere was quite good. We went for happy hour but the cocktails were really small although they tasted good. We didn't get a table and stayed in the beach chairs as you get a nicer view from them. My only complain is we were only offered cocktails and alcoholic drinks. I wanted a... More

Right on the beach at klong kong, but you don't have to sit on sand as they have a deck. The menu is fairly typical for this area but the food was very good and reasonably priced. There are plenty of other restaurants around doing almost the exact same thing, so I probably wouldn't actively seek this place out or... More

If you dont have the cheapest Bungalow, this place ain't that bad. Staff is friendly, but not that attentive, make yourself noteable :)! The food is OK (tasty springrolls;) and the breakfast is not really worse than in the German Bakery on koh lanta! And they have a Beo bird who can say "Moonwalk" (and more).

You get 200 grams of bbq fish incl a small portion of rice for 400 baht. Side dishes have to be ordered. The food is just ok but who in the world pays 180 baht for French fries (besides the swedish ;) ) ? You'll find cheaper and better anywhere on the island.

After a couple of weeks of roughing it in not so great guest houses and hostels this place was amazing!!! Was gutted to leave after two great days!! You are greeted with a cold glass of water and a seat in reception! It seems you do have to wait for about 30mins for your room if u arrive in the... More

I can't speak for the resort but the restaurant was just fine! We had lunch here once (pad thai-noodles a little chewy, otherwise tasty) and pizza (not bad) and drinks another time (cocktails and beer fairly priced. GREAT location for a relaxed drink and the staff were friendly. Don't rule it out for drinks just because the resort reviews are... More
