This hotel is a really hidden gems of the Koh Lanta. Huge area and beautiful tropical gardens. This hotel is resort style and have around 20 buildings and 2 or 3 swimming pools. Hotel located on the Klong Dao Beach and have right access to the beach with nice bars and restaurants. Rooms are big and clean. Breakfast good also with wide choice of western food. Recommend this hotel to everyone!
Enormous hotel. Seemed to cater to Scandinavian families, so there were loads of kids . Difficult to find a place by the pool or on the beach ... fine if you were happy to sit on a towel in the sand. Breakfast was ok , outside by waterways, just your run of the mill buffet American breakfast. The hotel takes a refundable deposit off you on arrival , returnable when you leave. The room was massive with a sitting room and bathroom and the bed was comfy. We found it a bit impersonal ... apart from the team organising transport who were a good laugh & helpful .
This was our fourth time at this wonderful resort! Check in was so easy and fast. The Young woman that helped us was so friendly and spoke very good English. The rooms are big, clean and all of them are located close to beach and close to the pool. We really recomend the gold suite/pool access. Several pools to chose from, one close to the beach and one a bit more quiet that is located at the silver suite and gold suite rooms. (2-3 min walk to the beach) The breakfast is very good and a lot to chose from. We traveled with 2 kids 7 and 10 years old and they Always found something to eat at the breakfast. The resort is close to Saladan that is a small town with a food market and some shopping to offer. The beach is great where this resort is located at aspecially for travellers with kids, Water is shallow and you have a lot of restaurants to chose from. I would like to give a special thanks to Manager Felix Kaiblinger that made our trip to the next level! So helpful and serviceminded, he is a Star fpr Chada Group!…
Quite surprised to read all the negative reviews. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, we had a swim up room opposite the restaurant, it was tucked away in a no children section so nice and quiet. It was the perfect place for our relaxing week away. The buffet breakfast was great compared to some others, and really enjoyed the variety of drinks from the pool bar each afternoon. We had dinner twice, it was ok, generally we strolled out to the main Street where there is lots of choice. If we return to Lanta would probably come here again :)
A hotel with good standard of rooms and facilities and great location, close to both beach and main street. I would say excellent for families and even when you are not there as a family you do not get disturbed, the rooms are really well isolated. Two small downsides during the visit was that - one of the waters running through the hotel area was covered and had a smell of soar when coming close. - they add 10% service fee and 7% tax on top of that on everything you order in the bar or restaurant (so the 1000 bath dinner all of sudden cost you 1180 bath, small amounts but annoying when not really clearly announced) Go out and eat&drink instead.
