5 night stay here, a little out the main drag of Khlong Nin but only a 10/15min walk to main bars/restaurants and 5min walk to the beach. Room was very spacious, clean with a nice balcony overlooking the garden. Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels provided. Breakfast was included but is over at Miami Resort, 5min walk away. Intanin gave us breakfast vouchers to use there and I believe Intanin guests also can use Miami Resort’s pool. To stay at Miami Resort it was £100 more, yet you can stay at Intanin for cheaper but use their facilities! Staff were friendly and helpful when booking our onward travel to Koh Mook. Fully recommend Intanin!

Sorry for writing on the hotel site but even if I tried I couldn’t find any INTANIN TOURS TRAVEL AGENCY (which is placed inside the hotel!!!! )The 2 receptionists of the hotel also work as tours agents and we have to thank them very much!!! We booked a trip to Krabi,a daily tour by speed boat to Ko Rok & Ko Ha and the transfer to Krabi airport. Prices are really really convenient! But I want to talk about the 2 girls employees! They’ve been REALLY professional and helpful by giving us both details and suggestions about our trips. They have been REALLY nice, gentle and well prepared but above all they have been VERY patient!!! Hope they’ll know we’ve appreciated their efforts, job and kindness very much!!! Thanks a million!!!!

We stayed here from 25 to 29 January 2020 for my 71st birthday. I am not into clubbing and beach parties at my age and this hotel fitted the bill perfectly. It was quiet and had a very nice peaceful garden with benches and tables. Every day I saw a gardener working in it. The hotel is on the opposite side of the road to the beach and doesn't have a pool, but their sister hotel, the Lanta Miami which is on the beach side of the road and a few hundred yards away, has a nice pool and beachfront which Intanin residents can use free. The staff were very friendly and helpful with decent English skills, although I do speak Thai. They can arrange tours and all the usual things such as recommending restaurants etc. The free breakfast was very good, not huge but enough. However, the waiter always asked if we'd had enough and offered another one so you won't go hungry. There are three choices of menu from a basic Continental style to a nice omelette or scrambled eggs, toast or a toasted cheese sandwich, and plenty of fruit. You can ask for another fruit plate too. There were a few families with young children staying there as well as oldsters like me so it's suitable for all. Parking is limited, mainly because of the number of motorbikes taking up the small amount ot room, That was a small problem for use because we'd hired a car but it all worked out OK. I would definitely stay here again.

A good vacation hotel that with a few touches could be a really great boutique hotel. The Good: Excellent cleanliness, quite spacious rooms, good location, friendly staff, very well kept gardens. OK breakfast. Useful pool and shade by the sister hotel nearby. Needs Improvement: The shower needs a glass panel and the bathroom a couple of shelves. Wifi is mediocre. Thank you Intanin for the hospitality!

This hotel is quite small with immaculately kept gardens and a covered area where breakfast is served. The staff were quite friendly and helpful. We wanted to hire bicycles and they had two brand new ones ready for us to use the next day. They also recommended the mangrove tour with Lanta Kayaking which was really good fun. They all remembered our names always greeted us and asked how we're enjoying our stay. The night before you fill out breakfast coupons, there are four sets you can choose from, it's very filling. There is no pool on the property, you can walk 200m to use the pool at Lanta Miami but it's pretty small and full of screaming kids so we didn't really use it. You can borrow pool towels from Lanta Intanin's reception desk. Laundry is 50THB per kilo which is 10THB more than others, but it came back dry. I used the one next door for our first lot of washing and it came back damp. The rooms were spacious and very clean (and cleaned daily) but need a bit of TLC. The tap in the bathroom had very low pressure for some reason but the tap in the kitchenette was fine so we just used that. Our room was set back from the main road (family room T05) so not very noisy but the call for prayer from the nearby mosque can be heard pretty clearly so bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

My family and I spent 4 nights here and absolutely loved it. The staff are nice the rooms are modern and sparkling clean and the daily breakfast which is served in the garden was great. Although the hotel doesn’t have a pool or restaurant their sister property Miami Hotel which is a short walk away has a great pool which guests can use and a restaurant ( with nightly fire show) and the best happy hour cocktails served right on the beach at sunset. We would gladly return.

The rooms are quite spacious and well presented with small balconies. Staff are helpful and friendly. The garden is lovely and surrounded by trees. The main complaint is that the beds are really hard. The owners could perhaps consider some mattress toppers to make them a little more comfy! Also the rooms could do with some seats for when it’s raining outside and the balcony could also have better seats as the deckchairs aren’t very comfortable for tall westerners. Breakfast is adequate if unexciting and served in the garden. Overall although we enjoyed our stay we felt the hotel was overpriced for the facilities. Pros - clean, beautiful garden, near beach with low key bars and restaurants. Cons - hard beds, no pool though you can use one in a nearby hotel, near the road -however most hotels are on this beach.

Upon arrival, we were greeted well enough and given instructions about breakfast and the pool. The only problem was that I guess I heard something different than was said because a) I got yelled at for taking a room towel and not the big green one (I thought she said we had to bring our own towels to the pool with no mention of signing them out at the desk) and b) the whole breakfast situation. Fill out the card in the morning? The night before? What? We never got to eat here. After the towel incident, I felt like I was being watched a bit (which is generally true as the check-in desk is open at the front and out room was directly across from it). It made me uncomfortable enough that I considered changing hotels. It also didn't help that there were a few problems with the room. I booked through AirBnB to save like $10. Don't do this. Book through a third party or the hotel itself. Even though the site says shampoo, towels, WiFi and A/C, these items were lacking in our room. There were empty rooms we could see into when going to ours and it's a downer to see that they have floor towels to sop up all the water from the open shower. I wish we had those. Also, a working A/C unit and WiFi would be great. Also, "free parking" means motorbike and not car, so if you have a car be wary. We were able to park our car though so it's not too bad. The location here is great though. There is a little shop next door but snacks/beer and shampoo (lol) and the beach is a very quick walk away. Our favorite bar was catty corner. And the sister hotel with the pool was a bit further than expected but well worth the walk. I will say the rooms here are huge. The bed is huge. The balcony is very big with great views of the garden. If you can look past the flaws, this may be a great contender for you.

The place is very nice and we'll maintained. The rooms are clean and tidy, the personnel is nice and always ready to help. We've booked superior room which are cleaned every day and the towels are changed, I assume this is available for all room type. The breakfast is good and tasty. We've stayed 2 nights here and then moved to 2 other places so far but in terms of services and and what they offer they are the best so far. Definetly a place to take into consideration.
